We serve Chattanooga and surrounding areas! Need custom blinds, shades, shutters, or drapery fast? We come to you! We are a 'Mom and Pop' small business, where we come to you for your in home consultation and show you the products we offer. When you order with us, the only people you ever deal with are owners. So when you call and tell us your name, we know who you are, and you don't get switched from person to person, until someone can help you! But don't let our 'smallness' confuse you...we can handle all jobs, from huge commercial or government contracts to a small residential blind order. We have served the Chattanooga, TN and surrounding areas for over 14 years. In that time, we have never received a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and we have thousands of happy customers!

From beginning measurement and quote through installation every step was seamless and I love my shutters. Highly recommend Jackie and Keith. Were fabulous with my pets too!

The Blind Express provides excellent service. They came out to our home, measured, worked with us to pick great blinds, and gave a us a quote. When the blinds arrived, they promptly installed and left the area tidy. We would recommend The Blind Express and use them again!

We love Blind Express! They are awesome at helping you pick out the right blinds for your house or business. They do a great installation job, as well. They treat their customers like they want to be treated...friendly, respectful, and trustworthy. Locally owned (family business), not a chain. Highly recommend them!

Awesome work installing a wood shutter on our front door (French-door style). Excellent quality, superb work and friendly and thoughtful people to work with. Highly recommend them!

Jackie and team did a fantastic job of helping me make my blind selections, providing speedy service to get blinds on the windows (new construction!) and did a phenomenal job of installation. Both she and her husband were a pleasure to work with, and they are reasonably priced. Overall I give Blind Express a 5 because you get top quality for reasonable price and they were both so helpful in helping me make my selections.

The Blind Express, Jackie and her husband, are a highly professional and experienced team. Their estimates are accurate, their workmanship is excellent and overall a pleasure to work with. They have provided me with a variety of products from wood shutters, to blinds, to shades, all quality products. I would highly recommend them.

The Blind Express did an excellent job for the City of Soddy-Daisy. They were very prompt, professional and knowledgable on the products we were seeking. They were very pleasant to work with. They actually introduced us to the product we ended up purchasing which met our needs much better than what we contacted them for. I could highly recommend this company.
