So much regret going with them go with Home Depot or Lowe’s when they have the 40 or 50% coupon and you will get the same Blinds… took measurements in my house for three times and got delivered half of blind wrong sized and they said they are going to fix it and now it’s taking two more weeks to deliver my Blinds without honoring any compensation…. I agreed with the designer on a certain color to save $700 and she charge me the same as the original more expensive color I chose, and now customer service is claiming they cannot see the pricing and the designer is just texting me saying you got the best deal.

I have been waiting for 3 years for them to fix my vertical blind, well then covid happened, another one is broken so they quickly charged me the $$ for them to come out. The repair guy said both needs to be replaced. Luckily my husband kept his text message and he showed us all the folllowup messages he send in, and guess what the case manager had not looked at it, this was Feb 21. I called this morning, all they could say was that if the case manger does not look at it in 24 hours (note waiting since Feb 21, 24) to ask for a supervisor. I also emailed them. For the amount of $$$ I paid you would expect better customer service. I am so disappointed.

I would give this company 0 stars. I've never in my life had such terrible customer service. Talked to them on about 5 separate occasions, and no one knows anything and every time I call them, they give me different information. They make you hold forever, so they can ask someone else what is going on. They tell you something you want to hear to keep you as a customer, then next time, they have no idea what you are saying. They say their calls are recorded, but refuse to email you any written follow up/confirmation of the conversation. Then you call again, and they don't know what you are saying again. Talking to their customer service is like talking to a wall. I cancelled the contract. They also charged my card without my permission and for an amount that I didn't agree on. Overall, overpriced, no customer support, and delivery takes a long time. I ordered shades from another company, and it got delivered within a week.

I only wish no stars was an option. Do not use this company if you want any sort of customer service support. First install date they showed up without the correct blinds. Reached out to sales person who said they would get back to us about a new date and a manager would call us. Never heard from any manager and had to wait two weeks for the installation. They certainly charged our credit card without issue. Literally go anywhere else except this company.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with 3 Day Blinds. We ordered shutters on January 20th, 2023, put down 50%, and was told by our representative it would be the end of April or beginning of May for installation. I called last week (April 18th) to inquire about the status and was told the order was cancelled. Long story short, 3 Day Blinds did absolutely NOTHING to help rectify their huge mistake as they cancelled the wrong order back in March…but they never refunded our money! They credited us once I called to check the status. I tried to keep the order … but they were not interested in remeasuring and writing the order again. So we cancelled the order. To date we are still waiting for our deposit that was credited 7 days ago. 3 Day Blinds has ZERO customer service, NO accountability, and literally no communication among various levels/departments in their company. So…be aware if you place an order. Impossible company to deal with…strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

If you are thinking of using this company, don't do it! You will regret it. They put Blinds up for me last Saturday that was supposed to be custom but they are not. Two of the blinds are an inch too narrow and one is lapsed sided. I poined this out and spoke with the supervisor while the installer was at my house and they promised that they would come and fix the problems. I have been calling all week and no one has called me yet. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and a dispute with my lender. Don't do it. There are a lot of other blind companies out there. Don't use this one.

Three Day Blinds are wonderful when they are initially taking your order but if anything goes wrong they are impossible to deal with and do not honor their warranty. I would not recommend this company due to their complete lack of customer service and regard for quality. I initially ordered a full house of blinds back in November 2022. I noticed that three of the blinds were non operational in December and called to schedule a repair. I was told that I would be called when the product was in and by mid January called back due to not being contacted. Somehow they lost my repair order and so I had to re-submit it. I scheduled it for Friday 2-24 between 2-6pm. I took a day off of work and waited, but nobody showed up. I was eventually called at 8pm by the technician stating he wouldn’t make it. I was upset because I had to takeoff a day of work and he assured me I could get a Saturday appointment. However, when I called to reschedule I was told I couldn’t schedule a Saturday appointment. After a great deal of back and forth, I scheduled an appointment for 3-11 between 8-11. The technician called me at 7:50 AM and told me I was the first one on the schedule. He asked if I could move it to the afternoon but I couldn’t due to pre-existing appointments. The technician said okay and that he would arrive in 50 minutes. The technician, a Mr. Barack Mullins (*Sensitive Information Hidden*), never showed up. I called and left 3 messages and several texts. Finally, I received a text 6 hours later that another department was supposed to contact me because they didn’t have the parts. This was blatantly untrue and an excuse used to justify his completely unprofessional behavior. I am incredibly frustrated by the gross lack of service and customer regard demonstrated by this company. It’s truly appalling! If you value your time and money, stay far away! My original order number was *Sensitive Information Hidden*

I am very unhappy with the product.
I ordered a large motorized blind for my master bedroom. The blind is nice, but the level of noise when it goes up and down is unacceptable. I have three motorized blinds downstairs that don't make so much noise when they all work together. My parents house has a motorized blind over sliding doors, bigger than the one I got for my master bedroom, and it does not make that loud of a noise. I can't; hear someone talking when the blind goes up or down. I complained to the sales person. The installer came to check. Said maybe it is the motor ("too small for the blind " ?) , they ordered a new motor- same size , replaced it - but no change. Maybe even worse. It might be the blind itself. I paid over $4,000 and I am very unhappy.

I am a very disappointed customer. They didn’t measure the shade correctly so they had to install the valance in two pieces with a connector in the middle that is sticking out and not nicely joined. It looks extremely bad. I called to let them know the shade is fine but they need to fix or replace the valance and they’re trying to charge me $800 to replace the valance. I will never buy from them again.

The product is not bad, but their customer service is abhorrent. I emailed about a complaint I had regarding my product. Six days have gone by without a response from 3 Day Blinds regarding my complaint or even how it will be resolved. I had planned to purchase shutters for additional windows in my home. The level of customer service I have received has made the decision easy for me--I will not go back to them.

Terrible company. I ordered blinds for three skylights, but one of the skylights was improperly measured and the blinds didn't fit. The installer said the company would reach out and fix, but no one has. It's been impossible to reach any customer service. Avoid the terrible customer service and shop elsewhere.

I ordered window treatments for my whole house in February 2021. Installation (by third party) did not begin until October 2021. As of writing this review, the installation of the shades has not been completed . I've reached out several times to get the job completed without success. I paid extra for the Somfy system to control the shades from the app on my phone - I was just given the box and told to set it up myself. Some of the motors on the shades sputter and skip as the shades lower. There are uneven shades, crooked and missing valances. Fit, finish, quality and installation of products is low.
