Mass Bay Wildlife Management Inc

I contacted Mass Bay Wildlife back in October 2021 due to a mouse problem. They came for the initial service and the two-week follow up service. Since then, we have contacted them every month for continued mouse activity. I emailed the owner yesterday with photographic evidence of mouse activity (mouse poop inside my house, ON MY FURNITURE). The owner responded to my most recent email today, saying that there might not be anything else they can do. He claimed his technician was turned away at the door when I called them out in February, when he actually spent 20 minutes inside my house. I requested a refund since they had never solved the problem, the owner answered that he would pro-rate the fee and that his warranty never guarantees eradication of mice. What good is only getting rid of some of the mice, when their company website clearly states that exclusion service is the best way of ridding a home of mice? The owner was exceptionally rude throughout our email exchanges today. I would stay away from this company and seek out someone who actually can take care of the problem, with a more stable owner.
