During December, 2022, I contacted Mr. Robert Jones and Worst Case Scenario with regard to a Home Improvement Contract. (Area that neeeded improvement was the Kitchen completed to included windows, electrical and plumbing) He quickly determined what needed to be done and we reached a satisfactory solution for my situation. Mr. Jones was enormously helpful and pointed out that the repairs could be complete in stages to help with the cost and the material at that time. I contacted Mr. Jones on behalf of my family to prepare my family residents, because my family lived in three different states at the time. After explaining the situation, he drew-up the legal documents. During the work preparation session we went through the home so that all parties agreed on the repairs, this was very important to me and my family. A legal Service was provided, so that documents could be signed when we could not meet in person, He was sincerely interested in my well-being as well as my family. Mr. Jones is an excellent contractor and cares about his clients; he is a fair, honest and honorable man. I would recommend him to anyone interested without reservation.
