It is impossible to overstate how happy we were with Will. He gave us a beautiful kitchen working under some very insane material and design constraints. He and his foreman Alex were delightful to work with and we get compliments on the kitchen every time a new person comes into the house.

It has been 6 months since our remodel was completed and we are still so pleased with the results and truly enjoying our home. We purchased our ranch-style home in a few years ago, and while it had "good bones", we wanted to modernize it, as well as add square footage. After working with an architect, we had plans to add a room to the front of the house with bi-folding glass doors that opened out to a deck, as well as adding several skylights. I should mention that we soon after we finalized our plans found out I was pregnant with our first. SO many people told us not to start a remodel of this magnitude with a baby on the way, but we really wanted to get it complete before baby was mobile. We got several bids, and ultimately chose Will and his team, and we are so, so pleased that we did. Was he the cheapest? No, but he was reasonable and the saying "you get what you pay for" couldn't ring truer. His team added an entire room, including creating a new roofline plus a deck AND install giant skylights - and beat his estimated project timeline. His team started 3 days before I gave birth. I came home from the hospital (a nervous new mama) and every single member of his team were nothing but kind and understanding. (They warned me when they would be making extra loud noise; when they took the front off the house off they made the most incredible temporary wall and WE HAD NO DUST!). They arrived promptly every single day. They cleaned up their workspace before they left every day. Will was excellent in communicating the project timeline. Were there a few hiccups? Yes - like many home projects, you can't anticipate everything when you start taking down walls! What I appreciated most about Will and his team is the way they handled it. He and his two foreman were excellent problem solvers - and our home turned out better than we imagined. We have worked with Will Lopes and his team at William Patrick Builders on several large projects. The first was completed two years ago and included external work, retaining wall, and development of an internal space under a new tiled deck. It created a beautiful outdoor living space and office underneath. Structure, framing, electrical, plumbing. They handled it all. I was particularly impressed with their interest in bringing in additional expertise in some very narrow specialities where they wanted additional ideas. The results are great. Even more impressive, Will and team returned the following year to remedy some small issues that appeared after project completion. Great quality, warrenty what they do, and pleasure to work with on the several jobs we have undertaken with them. Highly recommended.

Will helped me realize my dreams for a master bedroom remodel. He expanded the room, installed French doors and built a lovely redwood deck, opening to the outdoors. He did such a fantastic job, embellishing my original design with wider steps leading down into the garden. I must say his crew was punctual and finished the job quicker than promised. Will is a reliable and trusted contractor who appreciates his client's timelines and privacy.

Will is so fantastic to work with. We are just starting our second project with him. He did an amazing job a few years ago turning our dark, dusty attic up into a spacious light filled space. Will and his crew are courteous, reliable and professional. Will is great at problem solving and space planning. All of his ideas were spot on and made our space into a functional family oasis.
