I was very pleased with Blake and all the VIP team members who were involved in completing my big floor renovation. I was impressed with everyone involved. The tilers and carpenters did a great job of prep and clean-up each day, answered all my questions, were friendly, and worked hard while they were in my house. The next time I need a room remodeled, I'll be contacting Blake!

Our Mitsubishi wall unit for Ac/Heat in my husband's workshop had a leak. The company that originally installed it corrected the source of the leak , but had to cut away some sheetrock to do the repair. They arranged for VIPServices 4u to do the sheetrock repair. Milton did a flawless job! No one would ever know that it had been repaired. He was totally professional, thorough and tidy.

We had a leak in our attic caused from the pan to the A/C overflowing. The large leak came through our bathroom right above our tub. We hired VIP Services to repair the ceiling and of all the companies that have done work for us, they rated A+. Everything was covered in plastic by the technician and you will never know we had a leak. Beautiful job and very courteous and knowledgeable technician. I would rate this company A++++++.

My wife and I hired Blake at VIP Services to paint our house and perform some minor carpentry tasks. What a mistake! To make a VERY long story short, his crew screwed up the project from day one, from purchasing the wrong type of wood for the patio cover to delivering the wrong siding. Then when we asked him to make a slight change to the color of paint, he said he wouldn't do it unless we paid him more. So on the second day, we released him from the project and asked for a partial refund of our down payment. The check he sent us was several hundred dollars short of what he actually owed us, and when we called him on it, he refused to send us the rest of the refund or even sit down with us in person to discuss it. Steer clear of VIP Services!

VIP services did an excellent job only doing the various jobs in my house, but kept my house as clean as possible during the process.

We couldnt be happier with the quality of work Blake and his staff provided for us. VIP Services were very professional from the initial contact through the whole scope of work. We hired Blake/VIP Services for a major remodeling job in September 2014. He was referred to us by a personal acquaintance/real estate broker. The job included the following: Replaced all flooring - installed hardwood flooring and carpet; painted entire interior (walls, trim, ceilings, cabinets); reconfigured kitchen - added a custom cabinet; installed new backsplash and new granite countertops; reconfigured ceiling lighting systems; wired and hung ceiling fans; installed new kitchen appliances; installed kitchen and bath faucets; installed new toilets; installed cabinet pulls throughout; performed several minor handyman jobs; touched-up exterior paint; trimmed trees; repaired lawn sprinkler system. Blake and his crew were very professional, proficient, courteous, and clean! We used them for a 4-5-week major remodeling project in which we had several changes along the way. They allowed us to be involved in the decisions, and participate to whatever extent we wanted, but made good choices when left to their own decisions. We are highly satisfied with the quality of the all-new flooring, interior painting, cabinet work, lighting systems, and, of course, the kitchen reconfigurations - including new appliances, backsplash, and the wonderful granite countertops. We would highly recommend VIP Services for your project, large or small.

Blake and his crew did an excellent job on our painting and kitchen updating project. The painters were the best and they had some good suggestions that we incorporated into the work. I had no problem with them working alone during the day without any supervision knowing that they will get the work done on time . Pricing was competitive and Blake made sure we were happy with the work that was performed. We will be starting a master bathroom remodel project with them in the near future and I have no doubt that they will just as good a job on it as they did on the painting. I would have no problem with recommending them to anyone who is looking to have some work done on their house.

This company is very professional, goes thru the desired project, gives clear observations and provides a very detailed offer and price description of the work requested. The work is monitored and changes are made if required. Followup is available and the company stands behind the quality of their work.

VIP is my "go to" contractor. I have been using them so several years for large and small projects. Prices have been fare. Work always done right the first time. I would recommend VIP to friends or family. The last job was a re-plaster and painting formal living room. Now several rooms with hand textured walls that look great. So much better than the old sprayed on texture.

My long and tiresome serch is over when it comes to needing a contractor. We live in a historical neighborhood in old East Dallas and our home was in need of some renivations, painting, flooring changes. We've owed many a fixer upper so have hired many people in our lifetimes for such work. I got three estimates on the work I needed complete and although VIP was not the least expensive (which I wasn't looking for), I'm so pleased we chose them. Blake handled every detail, returned every call, answered every question and we couldn't be happier. We are a hard couple to please only because we want things done with attention to detail and done correctly and I can say without a doubt, VIP is and will continue to be our "go to" contractors for any home improvement project.
