Moving from the Midwest to a condo in FL was a major step in our lives. We knew we needed professional help in remodeling our new home as it needed to be updated to our standard of living. I researched remodeling companies in our area and was extremely lucky to find a company called Tropic Guard! They understood our basic needs and wants from removal of popcorn ceiling and tray ceiling in kitchen to new floor moldings, interior doors, and finally painting walls and ceilings. There were light fixtures that needed replacing and wall sockets added. No job was too small or too big! We are very pleased with the work Tropic Guard did for us and would highly recommend them for any type of home improvement.

The team was punctual, well mannered and hard working. The project was executed as planned and at the price agreed. The job site was left clean. The office looks really great and does not look like an addition to the house which was the goal.

I had 3 contractors give me an estimate on a total house remodel. After talking with Lucas Brock and him coming to the house, I hired Tropic Guard industry to do my remodel. My house was painted on the out side, new gable ends, and new soffit and fascia. Inside my house was totally gutted accept the walls. Everything was replaced in the kitchen and bathrooms. All new floors, paint and baseboards, doors, and crow molding. Project took 6 weeks.

Was a big mistake using their roof system. Lasted 4 years. When I called for warranty work was told only material covered, not labor ,and that they didnt know when they could get to site, because they were very busy. After 4 weeks with no response,we had to hire outside help to get repair ,at our expense.

Good Afternoon Dave,
I have reviewed your concern and I do apologize for any inconvenience you have had. I looked through our records and service requests back to May and I did not find any call, or service request in the name Dave Kodada in our office. After speaking to Bobby today I discovered that you had called him directly regarding the issue. He explained to me that you have the "Roof Coating" (we offer a wide variety of roofing products, so the coating is not necessarily "our roofing system", just one of many products we offer) put on your house nearly 5 years ago. That system has a 10 year material warranty (provided and honored by the manufacturer), and we give a 2 year labor warranty and a 2 year "No Leak" Guarantee on that particular product system. Its obvious that we are years beyond the warranty period. We have been morethan willing to try to help you with your problem, but our roof repair crews and coating crews are booked out til January currently, and the best we could do was put you into the rotation. I do apologize for not being able to get to you sooner..

Tropic Guard replaced my roof after Hurricane Irma and did a great job. Usually after a roof job you find bits of shingle wrappers and nails around the house or bushes, I found nothing. The clean up job was excellent and they used a magnet all around the house to find any nails. My roof looks fantastic and it was a professional job all the way.

We needed roof repairs in order to sell our house. Lucas and his team were easy to contact, arrange for an estimate, the work was done quickly and of the highest quality. The crew also made sure to thoroughly clean up after their work. House and roof look magnificent!
