From the day we first met with Jason, we were very impressed with his knowledge and experience. He's very professional and answered our questions and explained what we were to expect along the journey of the building process. Jason made sure his team was following up to have the work done to our satisfaction. Tri-Built employs very conscientious professional craftsmen who take pride in their work and it shows in the quality of the finished product. Excellent custom work with built-in Murphy bed cabinets, and screened in patio.

Exceptional results!! Very professional workmanship from planning to implementation! I initially contracted Tri-Built Services to design and construct an outdoor kitchen and patio (which include bar and hot tub covered by pergola) addition as well as the landscaping of my front and backyard. I was so pleased with their honest estimates and final work product that I also contracted them six months later to remodel two of my bathrooms and resurface my kitchen countertops. Thanks to Tri-Built Services, I now have the "truly" custom home that my wife and I had always wanted. Special thanks to Jason and his team!!

I wanted to completely remodel my kitchen but had bad experiences with other contractors with past remodels. It was suggested to me to try Tri-Built, so after my first initial meeting with Jason, Jeremy and the architect I was sold. My kitchen remodel included extending an exterior wall to add extra space, removal of everything down to the studs and completely rearranging the layout. I cannot express how pleased I am with the completed project. Jason and his group are very professional and completed the job in the time indicated. I also appreciate they took into consideration small children were around and always made sure the environment was as save as possible. We were so pleased they are now doing a back yard remodel for us and we will use them again for more projects to come.

Tri Built was the general contractor for completing our home on Lake Dunlap after our original GC was not able to complete the project. Jason and his team quickly got up to speed on the current issues and began to address the tasks to be completed. Jason and Jeremy addressed the key issues and kept the project moving forward. As with any custom home project, we had sub contractor issues and Tri Built stayed on the subs to keep them engaged in the project. Tri Built continues to follow up on warrantee work as needed promtly. I would certainly recommend Tri Built for additional residentilal construction work.

Their team, from the supervisors down to the trenchers is always respectful and courteous, and they are GREAT at what they do! We had a dream of what our home could be. It would be a remodeling project much bigger then anything we had done in the past. With the expertise and guidance of Tri-Built we now have our dream home. Tri-Built provided an on-site supervisor through the entire project, an itemized budget (which was accurate to the end), and demonstrated the experience, understanding and compassion necessary to take homeowners through all the steps necessary to build or remodel their dream home.

Tri Built did an awesome job building our home. Very professional and timely construction process. All work was completed and they were very accommodating with our changes through the construction phase. The quality of the workmanship and materials used was of the highest standards. We chose Tri-Built to build our home three years ago. They did a fantastic job walking us through the process of design idea's, product selection and budgeting. Our home was built exactly the way we wanted it, within budget and on time! We could not be more pleased with the finished product. If we were to decide to build another home, Tri-Built would be our first choice!
