Brad Morem from Terrafina Builders was the general contractor on our major kitchen remodel. This included taking down walls, putting in new flooring, and scheduling electricians, plumbers, and custom cabinet makers. The entire project took three months. Brad was on the job site every single day without fail. The final result met all our expectations. We could not have been more pleased. In addition, we asked Mr. Morem to come back and correct all the mistakes that a previous contractor made while remodeling our bathrooms. Now our home is completely the way we dreamed it would be. We cannot thank Mr. Morem enough for doing such a great job and we recommend him highly for any major remodeling project.

Brad is the person that you want to work on your house. He is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. The vast majority of contractors only care about passing inspection, Brad is a true craftsman and cares about what your experience will be living in the house. He will go above and beyond to ensure that your project will stand the test of time. I cannot recommend him more! We did a complete renovation of a 2,800 sq ft house in Scottsdale. Brad knew every step of the way from redoing the 1970 original plumbing so that our sewer won’t back up into our brand new kit Jong, to ensuring our 12ft wide sliding glass doors don’t end up dropping in 5 years. Every feature of our house was overbuilt and you can tell that quality is the number one concern for Terrafina builders! If you are looking for an incredibly experienced contractor with integrity look no further!

I considered several others but selected Terrafina Builders to do a complete renovation of a very large master bath. That decision resulted in a luxurious retreat that went beyond anything that could have been expected. The work was extensive and more complicated than a typical remodel. Our master bath is almost 500 sq ft. It also required the replacement of two exterior walls to meet hurricane standards, moving surface piping into the concrete slab, and rebuilding our shower footprint. I chose to have the entire job permitted due to the exterior wall replacement. County inspections and approvals were easy becuase of Brad. Brad….. has great vision, is a highly skilled craftsman, pays great attention to the details, is extremely dependable, and communicates well throughout the process. He will not cut corners. The quality of his workmanship is amazing. There isn’t a friend, relative, neighbor, or contractor that steps foot into our master bath that doesn’t stop to admire its elegance and function. The next question is usually, what magazine cover was this bath featured? Thanks so much for being the best partner we could have had.

My husband and I can not even begin to describe how wonderful it was to have Brad come in and take over our project for us. We are coming to the end of putting on a addition and total home renovation. Brads vision and work ethic are comparable to none. Great working with Brad on a total renovation of our home in Turtle Creek , Tequesta. Our remodel included kitchen cabinets, granite, tile backsplash, appliances, tile, cabinets, new sinks & toilets in all baths, tile flooring throughout, new interior & exterior lighting, ceiling fans, windows & sills, ceilings, all new interior trim to include built ins for wall display and tv , interior & exterior painting, new front entry door & paver path leading to front entry. We hired Terrafina Builders, Inc. to update our bathrooms as our first quest at home remodeling. The end result was a gorgeous Mediterranean look achieved with cobbled stonework, venetian plaster and uniquely eye-catching granite vanities. As the GC, Brad did such an remarkable job with our bathrooms that we decided to renovate the entire home. He walked us through the entire process, introduced great ideas and resources, kept us within our budget, and finished way ahead of the scheduled timeline.
