Super Siders

Super Siders was founded in June 1990 by Russell J. Winslow III as a siding subcontracting company. Working for a number of different general contractors, always welcoming new challenges, learning new techniques and methods for success; but most importantly, learning how not to run a company like the “competition”. After 2 grueling years, the founder of Super Siders, Russell J. Winslow III teamed up with his brothers Jeff and Jason and begun the journey out of the subcontractor’s end, to the general contractor’s end of the business. Selling and performing just enough siding jobs to keep the three of them busy, they came to a cross road in their careers. Their customers had been asking for windows, roofing, additions and sunrooms to go along with the rest of their home improvement needs. Siding was all the three brothers had known. Nevertheless, the brothers started looking into the popular requests of their customers. Knowing friends and having family in just about every area of the construction fields, they knew they would have the competent people to perform these popular services. In June of 1994, the brothers welcomed aboard their mother Ruth, whose business degree from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, MN brought the needed knowledge to form this new and improved, structured company. Next, they welcomed their brother Patrick whose recent return from serving our country overseas in the United States Marine Corps, came into play with the company. Patrick was their “missing link”. His service with the U.S.M.C. brought the needed discipline to the young company. In 10 short years, powered by the old unwritten rule of “the customer’s always right”; the company that was originally known for siding alone, had become a multi-million dollar Complete Construction and Remodeling mini-empire. This task was unheard of, considering the volume of product sold, furnished and installed; all without any outstanding complaints with the Better Business Bureau or any other regulatory agencies. Most importantly, no outstanding complaints from past customers. Over the years, Super Siders has produced thousands of satisfied customers, and a countless number of jealous neighbors around Minnesota and Wisconsin. With your help, Super Siders plans to keep their business philosophies going strong for years to come.
