My Wife and I hired Spiotta Construction to build our new home in Massapequa. We had several contractors bid on the job and went with Spiotta. They were not the low bid but after seeing their previous projects we felt these were right guys to trust build our new dream house. In hindsight we made the right decision. Gene and Sam have a team of guys ( not subs) that do every aspect of the construction from framing to the finish work inside and out. Their guys were all professional and curtious. Sam and Gene provided me with their personal cell phone numbers and were available 24/7 to answer my questions and concerns. Gene went with us to pick out fixtures and appliances for the bathrooms and kitchen. They made suggestions and changes to the original plans that enhanced the project. There was no shortcuts or skimping on materials. In fact they overbuilt which required a amendment to the original plans. I highly recommend Spiotta Construction for any project.
