At South metro Custom Remodeling Inc., our goal is to not only help you design and build your basement finish or addition, but to make the process easy and enjoyable as well. We are a full-service design/build company with a wide range of experience. We can help you with all phases of remodeling, basement finishing or new addition. We will be there for you from the initial estimate phase through design all the way to final completion. We can help you plan your project, and let you be as involved (or uninvolved) as you want to be. You will be able to see your "job schedule" online so that you know when and whom to expect. We believe in no-surprise pricing meaning that we stick to our initial budget price (unless of course, you make any changes). Without all the overhead costs, we can still provide you with quality craftsmanship and an amazing finished project at half the price of the big commercial builders.

Sure wish I would be able to recommend this company. I had a good phone conversation with Adam, then he came over to discuss the basement project. He promised to have an estimate prepared, which never happened. When I contacted him, I was sent a brief email apologizing but stating that they would not be able to do the work. It would have been much easier to swallow this if Adam had been up front and honest with me during his visit to our home. Perhaps others will have better "luck" with this company, if you can actually get them to bid your job.

Im very sorry that you were unsatisfied with our company and the way we handled your estimate request. We work very hard to make sure we can meet or exceed our customers expectations. In speaking with you Steve you indicated you wanted to get things started with your project very shortly after approving and selecting a contractor. After reviewing your project and speaking with the sub-contractors that would be involved with your project we determined that we would be unable to meet your project timeline. So, I kindly apologized and passed on the project rather waste anymore of your time. Im very sorry if you took offense to the way I handled the situation. The job done by South Metro Custom Remodeling was excellent. Over the past two years we added two rooms and finished our basement both were done with great workmanship! Everything from design ideas to the finished projects we had nothing but a great experience. All the workers were professional and did a wonderful job, cleaned up and followed up to be sure we were happy, on time and on budget. We will definitely use them again as projects and remodels come up. Thanks South Metro Custom Remodeling for making our house a home.

Had my basement refinished and was very happy with the entire process. Adam was very thorough and patient throughout the process. The work was done to a high standard and all of my requests were honored when possible. It did take a little more time to get all the little things polished off once the bulk of the work was completed but overall my wife and I love the basement, were happy with the process, and would definitely go through Adam again if we had any remodeling needs in the future.

I am very happy with South Metro's job on our basement finishing, and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality basement finished in a timely manner! They were very professional and it was obvious they were experienced in this line of work. We were especially satisfied with the framework and trim job, they were very well done. In addition, they were good at working within the original estimated budget and schedule. They were eager to listen to our ideas and while there were a few, slight mis-communications over design, they were quickly dealt with and fixed immediately to what we wanted. Overall, my family and I are very happy with our new basement and are excited to spend time in this new space.

South Metro Custom Remodeling did an excellent job remodeling my basement. They were recommended to me from a neighbor and I couldn't have been more pleased. They completed the project in a timely manner and communicated with me through out the whole process. I have received so many compliments on the work they have done. I have and will continue to refer them to anyone looking for remodeling projects done to their home!
