Established in the 1930's, Snyder Construction, Inc., d.b.a. Snyder Custom Homes, is family owned and operated building on the knowledge, experience, and integrity of four generations of homebuilders. As an exclusive service to our homeowners, we handcraft specialty cabinetry; entryways, armoires, and other fine wood furnishings to further enhance the uniqueness of your custom home. At Snyder Custom Homes, we stand behind our work. We offer a one-year builder workmanship warranty, a two-year systems warranty which covers plumbing and HVAC, and a ten-year structural warranty. We build and remodel homes in the Park Cities, Denton, Collin, and Rockwall counties and surrounding Dallas/Ft. Worth areas. We will build on your land or assist in locating land for purchase. Snyder Custom Homes built our dream home in 2010. What an amazing experience from start to finish!! This is a family owned company that takes pride in the finished product. Bill Snyder is a very honest and knowledgeable building professional. From start to finish, we never had one single time that we had a conflict or issue with the quality of work on our home. Bill was always available and made sure we got exactly what we requested. Our home is now 6 years old and there have been absolutely no issues. The quality is above exceptional! When we started the building process, many people told us that it would be stressful and dealing with builders could be very hard. We can honestly say that it was a very rewarding experience for us. We can thank Bill Snyder and his employees for such a wonderful outcome. They made us feel like family and continue to feel like that to this day. We have recommended Snyder Custom Homes to many homeowners wanting to build a quality home or remodel their current home. We expect to live in our home for many years to come, but if we every build again, the only builder we will even consider will be Bill Snyder. Only the BEST!!

Bill Snyder and those at Snyder Custom Homes are a great team, paying attention to details while keeping the project on schedule and budget. This was the third new construction build for my wife and I in our 54 years of marriage. The relationships built with the Snyder Homes team during our home construction project will be long lasting. Each sub-contractor/supplier had only good comments about Bill and his team. He was fare when changes had to be made and followed up for us when needed. One can tell that Bill enjoyed helping us complete our home while introducing us to the neighborhood. We have and will recommend Snyder Custom Homes for both new as well as remodel to friends and family.

Bill Snyder is professional, efficient and has great communication skills. He has resources that appear to be unlimited in his affiliation with sub contractors that are top notch. His company builds custom homes as well as remodels existing homes. I intend to use his services for three separate remodel jobs we are planning in our home.

Bill Snyder built our home in 2010. In 2016 we still contact him if we need anything involving upkeep or simple advice concerning our home. If we build another home, Snyder Custom homes will build it! Great company!

Snyder Custom Homes built an apartment attached to my main home and also some remodeling in my main home. The results were outstanding. A planned systematic approach was taken and I was included in the process and periodic reviews. Bill Snyder was knowledgeable,easy and comfortable to work with. He was very helpful with ideas and solutions. The work was done timely and orderly. The property was not damaged and cleanup was promptly. Mr. Snyder designed and implemented the construction so as not to interfere with our daily living and activities. The final results are beautiful. My wife and I have been married 47 years and have built 7 homes in that time, each one custom and each one in a different state or city. Bill Snyder is not only the best of the best in terms of quality he is the most decent, honest person with whom I have ever had the pleasure of doing business. Bill was great about really listening to our needs and worked extremely hard to keep us within our strict budget finding the great look for less money. He is fair and really wants the building process to be an easy and enjoyable experience! This is the 2nd home he had built for us. Love his work and how he always goes the extra mile for his clients!

Bill built our home in the country and it was an unbelievable experience. His attention to detail is amazing. He built our home like he was building his own home.
