Shear construction built my custom home, they delivered in every way 8500sqft in 11months witch i did not think would happen in Miami. Very organised and helpful with experienced craftsmen for every aspect off the job. i have already recommended them for several more jobs. I have worked with many construction company's in Miami they are by far the best!!

From the proposal till the finished project, working with Gary and Dana Shear was like working with family. They listened to what I was trying to accomplish and helped me throughout the process. They are flexible (as I changed my mind quite a few times), honest and they kept the renovation moving to deliver on time. From Lory (personal assistant to Bob CFO) it was a great experience!
