Manuel maybe knowledgeable but was not very accessible or on our work site very often. He promised us that our basement remodel would be completed by mid July and it still was not completed by November. He sent workers here on the weekends to get the majority of the work done after multiple calls for him to complete our project. We were constantly made to wait for his workers to show up. He never took responsibility for this but blamed us or the decorator working with him. We found out that he took multiple other jobs that were real estate flips and left us waiting for months when he knew it was our only place of residence. If you don’t mind waiting for months to have your project completed , then hire this company. If not find someone else that is reliable..

You just can’t go wrong with Sanchez General Contractors! Manuel has done many projects for us and we are totally happy with the results. Manuel and his crews are very professional and extremely nice. They always take the time to answer questions and don’t mind our interruptions. We recently used Sanchez Contractors for a Basement remodel where they completely finished an unfinished space and created a great workout space with tons of closet space for storage. They also added a standing shower in a half bathroom, redid our stairs and basement flooring and painted the whole basement. Manuel and his crew did a fantastic job. They are punctual, honest, and professional. We really appreciated that Manuel and his crew respected our home and thoroughly cleaned up after the job. We will definitely use Sanchez Contractors for other jobs we have to complete. Thanks Manuel!

Manuel and his crew are the BEST! We would give them 10 stars if that was possible. Manuel is highly knowledgeable about every aspect of home remodeling and repair. His crew is amazing. They know what they are doing. In addition to doing a great job, they are pleasant, polite and always show up as scheduled and finish the work. We have hired Manuel for several jobs in our house both big remodeling jobs and small repair jobs and we have been completely happy with every aspect of his work. We highly recommend Sanchez General Contractors!

We have used Sanchez General Contractors for many of our household renovations and repairs over the last 8 years. Manuel is an excellent carpenter and the best all-around contractor we've ever hired. His work is impeccable and all his staff are as professional and friendly as he is. Whether it's electrical, plumbing, kitchen, basement, floors, walls, or outside drains, he does fantastic work. We won't hire anyone else!

We had a wonderful experience with Sanchez General Contractors. They remodeled 3 bathrooms, partially finished a basement, and did a great deal of exterior work on the home we recently purchased. Manuel, the owner, is knowledgeable, patient, and super easy to work with. He quoted us a price below other estimates received and his team (always prompt and friendly) did exceptional work. We could not have been happier with the completed product and would recommend Sanchez General Contractors to anyone in need of home remodeling.

We highly recommend Sanchez General Contractors Inc. as a first-class company! We've been using their services for over 15 years beginning with the remodeling of two of our bathrooms. And, last year they remodeled a downstairs bedroom as well as the bathroom in which they added a shower. They've refinished our hardwood floors, installed two skylights in the living room and replaced our old wooden deck with a new Trex deck last summer. Owner Manuel Sanchez and his crew have also done electrical, carpentry and plumbing work for us. Whenever, we have a problem, Manuel comes all the way from Virginia to our home in Maryland to help us. My husband and I are so grateful to have had the professionalism, knowledge, work quality, and ability to meet deadlines and budgets of Sanchez General Contractors Inc. for the last 15 years.
