S C TERRY Designs is a remodeling and design company started during the spring of 1998 in the Evansville and Newburgh, Indiana area. We quickly built a reputation for unique design solutions and use of the latest innovations in products and materials. As our client base and project volume increased, we were able to employ full time rough and finish carpenters as well as tile setters and painters. The projects commissioned ranged from custom kitchen and bath remodels to home additions to commercial remodels including the design, material selection, and management of each project. In 1999 and 2000 we began working closely with several small business owners and corporations in the Evansville, IN area. Projects with these clients included interior remodels of many Subway Restaurant locations, Rogers Jewelers retail stores both remodels and complete store build outs at surrounding shopping malls, and various office and showroom remodels including Louisville Tile and Ziemer Funeral Homes in Evansville, IN. During the fall of 2002 through 2005, S C TERRY Designs began a series of residential new construction projects in Newburgh, Indiana including three single family residences ranging from 1900 to 3700 sq.ft. and one residential duplex of 3400 sq.ft. In the fall of 2005 we began limiting the number of physical construction projects to allow for additional time working with various Christian missions organizations in downtown Evansville, IN. Following this transition, we relocated to Washington, IN to allow for additional ministry opportunities. As of the spring of 2019 S C TERRY Designs began accepting new design, build, and renovation projects. Services include interior and exterior design, building, renovation, kitchens, baths, playscapes, finish carpentry, natural stone and tile, lighting, electrical, plumbing, general maintenance and repairs. Each project is a unique solution and design based on personalities, needs, materials, and the surrounding environment. Fees for different services rendered are provided on a case by case basis.
