Renovations by Aaron Sherwood

Came in to repair a poor job done by Lowes but promises made to make good were completely broken. One star because work done was slightly better then Lowes!

This was my second bathroom renovation experience with Renovations by Aaron Sherwood and the result is sheer perfection. Kevin Costa was once again the project manager for this job. He also brought in Carlos Ticas whose creative input was invaluable in the design of my shower bench. I wanted a bench that did not extend all the way to the side walls for the occasions when one might be in the shower and not showering. I was concerned that the bench size I desired would end up looking like a toilet in the shower stall. Carlos solved this design dilemma with ease with his suggestion to have a vertical band of contrasting tile extend down the length of the wall over the bench and splashing onto the floor. Between these two and the men who executed the transformation of my powder room into my dream (Angelo and Edy did the majority of the hands on work) I could not be happier. Kevin always made himself available to me to answer questions and address my concerns both during the planning stages and throughout the work period-even when I texted him from Sicily and required a response ASAP he replied swiftly. He showed unlimited patience and kindness with my preference for texting over phone calls. Without exception every on site visit ended on a positive note. Regardless of the challenges that arose ,including finding and arranging for the proper and safe removal of asbestos tiles, Kevin Costa made me feel as though the success and completion of my project was as important to him as it was to me.

We renovated all three bathrooms in the spring and summer of 2016. The customer service provided by Kevin Costa as project manager was outstanding as he dealt with any questions we had. We were very impressed by the installer Decio. His work is excellent. We would use this company again as we do additional home renovations.

Kevin and his team where professional from start to finish . For example , I had a design that I thought was perfect but they came up with a few minor tweaks the just raised the bar that much higher . As in all renovations theres always a few bumps in road , but they where handle professionally and quickly . Regards Paul

This was our first experience with a major renovation undertaken by anyone other than ourselves. We approached the process with trepidation but were quickly set at ease by the professionalism, good humour, timeliness and courtesy of Kevin Costa and his crew. Absolutely everything was done on time. No unfortunate (or costly) surprises and the final job was beautiful! We love our new bathroom and hope to get all the same people on board with a kitchen renovation next year.
