It was an absolute pleasure working with Bill and his right hand Caleb. Both take much pride in what they do and they're masters at their respective crafts. They're respectful, honest, patient and composed. They run a super clean job and are excellent problem solvers, especially with regards to the inevitable hidden challenges that surface when you open up a developer-built house. We hired R&R Custom Carpentry to remove a wall from our kitchen, so we could open up our floor plan. We also needed trim work along the base of our kitchen cabinets to be done. Bill and his team exceeded our expectations. It looks awesome ! They arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. I will be reaching out to them for future renovations.

Extremely happy with the work performed! They exceeded my expectations. Towards the end of the day they spent over an hour cleaning and wiping everything down. As with any project you have to expect a mess, but they were professional the entire time and explained the process in detail.

R&R had done several projects on our home from windows to flooring to bathrooms. The jobs are always done right and with reasonable rates. I appreciate their professionalism and timely completion. Once they start a job they get it done. I highly recommend.

After building a spectacular custom deck with a combination of Trex and Azek marteials, extensive lighting package, below level covered rain-free area; and extensive stairway and rail system; we had a sense for the commitment to high quality work. I hired R & R Custom Carpentry & Cabinetry to redo my kitchen/dining room. All of the workers were professional and courteous. They did a great job turning my ugly old kitchen into a beautiful functional dream kitchen. The wall between the kitchen and dining room was taken down and replaced with a large 2-tier island. We never used our dining room anyway and this was a better fit for our family. The whole project was done earlier than expected. Check out my before pictures...you won't believe the transformation.

Bill did an amazing job at budget! His biggest strength is his communication with what can be done, the process and for how much. He is very respectful and asked after each milestone for us to review the results for satisfaction (this is rare). He came in when a previous subcontractor failed to show up and left some things poorly done. He not only fixed what the other contratractor started but exceeded our expecations on quality, timelines and realiability.
