As President and Founding Partner of Proformance Construction, Alex De Chabert has more than 15 years of luxury residential and commercial building experience throughout South Florida. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from the University of Vermont and a Florida General Contractor’s License. After 11 years as Division Vice President for Nationally known Toll Brothers developing and Successfully Managing Operations of master plan communities such as Frenchman’s Reserve, Jupiter Country Club and Parkland Golf & Country Club, mid-rise condos such as Ocean’s Edge on Singer Island, and single family communities like Wellington View and Azura in Palm Beach and Broward Counties, Alex took an Opportunity in 2012 to join Onshore Construction as it’s COO. He experienced building Custom Homes and taking on Renovation Projects for some of the most Exclusive Residents in Palm Beach and Martin County.
