We chose Ponce Design Build after interviewing multiple firms and their clients and we honestly couldn't find anyone with a poor experience. Barbaro and Robert listened to our goals and came up with a renovation/addition plan that both solved our problems and gave us more room than we had thought possible.

Barbaro worked with us a few years ago to remodel our kitchen, two of the bathrooms, and several other areas. This work involved many design changes and continued modifications throughout the process. Everything was explained and discussed in advance, and Barbaro went out of his way to accommodate our preferences. The total cost for this remodel was approximately $30,000 and was completed in about 2-3 months. His company did an outstanding job in all aspects of the work. Barbaro was always accessible during the work and often was physically on-site. His workers and sub-contractors were all first-rate and reliable. We were very pleased with the process and the results. I would unequivocally recommend Barbaro for any remodeling work. He is honest, reliable, reasonable in his pricing, and produces high quality results. This is a five star company.

I had a very small job to be done, and other builders either wouldn't schedule me for months, or wouldn't even return my calls. Working with Mr. Ponce was a delight. He called me back promptly and answered all my questions. Arrived on time, work completed in a timely manner, and very professionally done. I am very happy with the work and the manner in which I was treated. Would love to work with his company again for other projects.

Barbaro did a great job on our bathroom remodel. It was an extensive project knocking out a wall, replacing a tub/shower with a tile shower with frameless glass, and new tile floor. It was great work.

We had Ponce Design Build close in our carport. Had a couple of other contractors come over to take a look and provide a quote, but Barbaro and his team were by far the most thorough during the quoting process and provided detailed explanations of their proposal with line item costs. His team did a fantastic job and completed the job on time and on quote. We would definitely use Ponce Design Build again!

We had the pleasure of hiring Ponce Design Build to remodel our kitchen and bathroom back in 2014. We were so pleased with their professionalism and quality of work, that we decided to work with Barbaro and his team again in 2018. We worked with his team to develop architectual drawings and estimates for a total home remodel. We were again pleased with Ponce Design Build's professionalism and comitment to excellent customer service. In the end, we decided to sell our home as is and purchase a new home. We will not hesitate to work with Ponce Design Build again in the future!

I needed a new front door installed at my house and Barbaro Ponce was on a recommended list from a local vendor. He promptly returned my call, and set up the appointment (and was even understanding and flexible when i had to change the date). The door was complicated (old house and the previous door was not put in well) but Barabro was thorough and took the time it needed to install the new door correctly. I would highly recommend him/Ponce Design Build to do work in your home!
