I have worked with Tony and Rhonda Freeland for the past 4 years on custom home construction financing for their homes. They are a pleasure to work with and their attention to detail and oversight shows in the quality of their homes. The construction loan approval process moves along quickly and smoothly as they supply the necessary construction documents in a timely manner. They have an appreciation for Southern Arizona and it shows in their beautiful homes

Rhonda and Tony Freeland, the owners of Pierce homes, have a great experience as general contractors and developpers in southern Arizona. They treat their customers perfectly well, take their time to accomplish individual wishes, are 100% reliable and trustworthy. The cost estimate for the home construction is carefully done and no surprises or hidden extras appear on the final bill. The quality of the construction material, HVAC, plumbing or electical installation is perfect. This is particularly noteworthy because a flat rate for the home construction was agreed on. The only drawback was that the tax assessor judged the construction quality as being superb, typical for a Pierce home....

Tony & Rhonda were great to work with during our entire building process. They were very conscious about helping us stay within our budget. Rhonda took her own personal time to help us choose tile, carpeting, granite, etc and getting us the best price from vendors. Tony was on the job site almost daily and made himself available at any time we had questions or concerns. Tony stood behind the work of his subs after the project making sure we were satisfied with anything that needed to be touched up. Tony & Rhonda are good, honest people.

I have worked with Pierce Construction for over 30 years on millions of dollars worth of construction projects. They build High Quality Custom Homes equal to none, with on hands personal interaction during the construction process. They have been one of our best clients for so many years and we look forward to many future projects to come.

We have watched Pierce Homes build in Green Valley since the 1990's and always loved their homes. We decided to build our home in Tubac in 2016, so purchased a lot from Pierce and had them build our home. We absolutely love it and they we're so easy to work with. Their contractors were so efficient and polite at all times. They continue to follow-up to see if there are any problems. We are so pleased with our home and are happy to have met both Tony and Rhonda!!! They are true professionals!!!

After moving to Green Valley from another state I have been a colleague with the warmest, most caring people I have ever known. A bit of a client in that I was provided with home plans and the experiences could not be improved upon. Both Tony and Rhonda have the professionalism, knowledge, experience and genuine interest in their clients and providing the very best possible situation and results for them. It is not a combination often found in the building/construction industry. They truly care about each client and their project. With their dedication and interest in each client, they go above and beyond what is expected in providing top level results. Possibly their personal attention and interaction with the client is one of their stronger points. What puts Pierce Homes at the head of the list is simply their dedication in providing the best experience and results for the client no matter the size of the project. They genuinely care about the client, take into consideration the client's decisions, answer any questions no matter how minor and provide the satisfactory results the client is expecting. Many situations are that the client meets with them, makes choices, then leaves the area knowing that their desires will be met with a new home built to their specifications when they return many months later. That is the trust Tony and Rhonda are given by their clients. As a colleague I was amazed at the extent of expertise and personal interaction available from both Tony and Rhonda for whatever project the client decided upon. The set of plans met every small and large detail to satisfy my every desire in building. Unfortunately my husband's health required a relocation to another area and my leaving them and Green Valley area. Leaving Pierce was an exceedingly difficult decision as they are the warmest, most caring people I have ever known. I still feel part of the "Pierce family" and always will.

Tony and Rhonda Freeland built our house over 11 years ago. This house is still trouble free compared to tract homes and shows the quality of a Pierce home. When the home was in the building stage the county building inspector told me that he is in and out of most houses in our area during construction and based on what he sees, Tony and Rhonda Freeland's Pierce Homes was the only builder that he would choose. ll years later, I agree with him. Since that time Tony and Rhonda have become friends, enjoying each others company at our respective homes be it a pizza, bar-b-que or dining out. They are great people and a value to know!

The day we met Tony and Rhonda of Pierce Homes was the day we knew we were going to have a great experience. We have built or renovated homes over the past 30 years but this was by far the best builder experience we have had. They are professional, ethical, easy to work with and do high quality work. Tony and Rhonda have been wonderful to my wife and I. We purchased a new home in The Ranch at Aliso Springs 2 years ago. We're retired and have lived in several homes over the years; this one is by far the best built home we've lived in. We've had 1 or 2 minor things that had to be fixed; either Tony himself or the subcontractor who did the work very promptly corrected the work. I've worked with many builders over the years; Tony and Rhonda are by far the most honest builders I've encountered.

Personal: I have known the Freelands for almost 20 years, and am grateful every day that our paths crossed – one could not ask for more caring, loyal friends. I worked for them for many of those years, as office support, and as Design Consultant (client coordinator during building). It has been my only good experience working for a small business, as the Freelands’ personal ethics and values are one and the same as their business practices. Construction expertise: in-depth and far-ranging. Their sub-contractors have the same ethical business approach, and most of those relationships are decades old - a clear measure of quality and success. Balancing financial and time constraints of the business, sub-contractors, and clients is a rare art, at which Pierce Homes excels. Design skills: amazingly creative, and an extensive sourcing knowledge. From rustic to ultra-modern, I've seen them successfully manage, meet, and exceed client expectations, every time - often with ideas and/or items new to the client. The end result is always a beautiful, well-built home. Administrative: every step, from original contract to final walk-through, is well thought out. Along the way, the business relationship is balanced with a human one, to ensure that the client understands the intricacies of building, and the impact of choices and changes. Cost increases or timeline changes occur only after mutual consent. Client community: I have been on the Board of Directors for various Pierce Homes’ HOAs. Having also served on the Board of my own HOA, I am envious of the cooperation and involvement, which is a result of the Freelands’ personal investment in each client and sub-division.
