Throughout the planning and building stages of our projects, we educate our clients in the home remodeling process. This includes but isn’t limited to: scheduling, subcontractor coordination, product selection, order timing, alternative products for cost effectiveness, and how design changes affect the process. We do whatever we can to make the remodeling process smooth and stress-free. Simon is the founder of Perfecto Builders. He started his construction business from developing his personal portfolio. He started with single family homes renovations and also started working with 4 to 8 unit development projects. Through this process, he found himself getting addicted to and gained a passion for design and building. He decided to establish Perfecto Builders to be able to fulfill dreams of other people in building their homes; the same way he made his dream come true when build his first dream house. The goal was to make it look like a 5 Star Resort with an open floor plan, super modern with a huge backyard that included a luxurious swimming pool and spa. This allowed Simon to be able to entertain guests while letting his kids have their freedom to be able to run and play without limitations.
