We are brand new to Houzz (mid-Feb 2024), so we are still importing reviews & pictures. If you contact us, we can email you a list of past clients with whom you can speak. Our mission is to help as many people as possible with their construction needs. Sadly, that means half of our work is fixing what other contractors have done wrong. While we enjoy working with clients who have standard-type jobs, where we really get excited is with the more complicated/tricky jobs, for both residential and commercial projects. We are also very comfortable with permitted and inspected projects. Our team LOVES the thrill of seeing our work come to completion, resulting in happy customers. Our costs do tend to run above-average and for our clients, the results are worth it. We also stand behind all of our work. Our business model is radically different from the common ones you'll find here in Texas. Just a few examples include: -We do 90% of our work in-house (preferring not to use subcontractors) -Once we start a project, we don't like to stop till it is done -We use workers with FAR more training than what other companies offer -We rarely ask for deposits over 10% -We utilize tangible checkpoint payments -We offer experienced supervision and project management -We provide highly detailed scopes of work in our quotes
