One such advantage is our in-house services including a fully functional custom cabinet shop, in-house stone fabrication and in-house design and architectural specialists. We believe that you deserve full monitoring capabilities no matter where you are. That is why we give our clients access to a online platform which allows you to monitor your project documents and view regularly updated photos.

home renovation

Pacific Landmark was great. They helped me figure out exactly what i was looking for. As a homeowner with no design experience they were patient. Their cabinets are quality. I got quartz slab for the island and it was installed with care. They cooperated with my budget needs. The office is tucked away in Santa Ana in an industrial area. When you walk in, the office is filled with beautiful displays and samples for any taste and budget.

I have now used Abby and his team on a total of 3 projects. I tried him out first where the effort was to install floor in a large master bath (~ 130 sq ft). He came in and put a laser level on the floor to identify high and low spots on the existing plywood and then recommend how to float the tile. Great work on this effort and therefore I gave him two other projects: a shower and remodel of a master bath. His team tackled the baths one at a time so that we could always have a working bathroom. Both jobs were completed and with no issues. I will use Abby and his team again for other tile work jobs. What I liked best was that the demo people, plumbers, drywall, and tile people are all direct employees (I saw the same faces for both bathrooms and all seemed to be quite competent.

We were referred to Pacific Landmark for new counter tops and back splash. Abby came out to give us a quote and I was very impressed by him, he told me they also do cabinet work, we ended up having them refresh our cabinets as well. Allyson helped me pick out the counters and back splash, very sweet and helpful! Both Allyson and Abby were responsive, helpful and true to their word. They showed us a work schedule and it was spot on, their work crews were amazing! Everyone related to this company were polite, informative and professional.

I worked with Abby (owner) and Allyson to restore my bathroom after finding a leak that impacted the downstairs kitchen. They met and exceeded expectations and I'd use them again. I was particularly impressed by their: - Timely communication (email, phone, text) and coordination with their team of plumbers, drywall folks, tilers, and even electricians - Project management standpoint (progress photos of construction, project management software to keep me posted) - The finished product - they were able to restore my bathroom and repair residual damage, bringing back home back to new - Willingness to help investigate other issues that came up along the way such other leaks and even a separate electrical problem Overall working with them was seamless and the way I wish it was with all professional service companies.
