OC Construction & Consulting is a design build construction company. Unlike your traditional company, we don’t just write estimates. We understand our client’s budget and design the project around that budget. We offer PRE CONSTRUCTION PLANNING and PERMIT MANAGEMENT which includes getting your plans underway and submitted to the building department. We also perform all of the leg work in order to secure your permits. Our DESIGN TEAM also works within the limits of the project budget to ensure maximum potential exists for the space. We work closely with our architect to help with layout and budget aspects of the plans. Once your plans are ready for city submittal, we will provide you with an accurate, line itemed estimate and project schedule. The first step to any project is misconceived by many as the estimate.
