Excellent work and great communication from Nagar Builders This was our second home improvement project with Nagar: * fill a hole on the outside of the house where we had termites coming in, patch up the stucco * run a secondary drain pipe from the AC drip on roof to the rain drain gutter * install an inside door where there hadn't been any door before They have again shown themselves to do excellent quality work. Avi (the owner) first took the time to consult with us and brainstorm how each one of our problems could be best solved. He showed creative thinking and we appreciated his expert advice on what would and wouldn't work in practice. The work was completed on schedule, and the guys were great. We had to ask them to make multiple adjustments on the door (install door knob, move it to a different location) and they did everything to match and exceed our expectations. We had also asked them to be very careful with our front door since we have 2 cats and they managed that great. Avi and Danni (the direct manager) stayed frequently in touch with us and made sure communication was timely and easy. Overall we couldn't have asked for more and we look forward to using them again in the future!

We highly recommended Nagar Builders after having used them for our “flood rebuild”. We found Avi Nagar accurately knowledgeable regarding codes and regulations as well as uncommonly responsible. He was conscientious over timelines, meticulous in details, flexible in problem-solving and always available for communication. Knowing how common it is for homeowners to be deceived, we set up a thorough interview process and Avi was willing to comply. We appreciated Avi’s crew being clean, respectful and trustworthy. When emergency called me out of state, Avi happily used FaceTime to keep me up to date. We appreciate and easily recommend Nagar Builders.

I worked with Avi at Nagar Builders most recently on a list of projects around my home. He and his team accomplished a kitchen refresh that included new tile, painting snd staining cabinets and electrical work to install new lighting fixtures and switches. In addition, the interior and exterior of the house were freshly painted. There was landscape lighting added to the driveway. And lastly, the porch roof needed some repairs made. All of this was done safely, swiftly and professionally. Because I was out of town for a large portion of the work, I really relied on Avi to keep me abreast of the work. He kept me updated regularly via text -- with videos and photos. He was also a pro a troubleshooting with me over text and calls. As a result, I was able to sell my home really quickly because the quality of the work shone through to potential buyers. Avi is hardworking, honest, responsive and detail oriented -- your property will be in good hands when you hire Nagar Builders!

We found Avi from Nagar Builders on Houzz while trying to find someone to redo two bathrooms. After reviewing a few contractors, it was clear his attention to detail was second to none. He not only showed me how to turn my vision into a reality but also was able to add little improvements along the way while staying in our budget. These included updating electric sockets, finding and adding an additional three feet of space to a master shower, and making sure the entire house was up to code. As someone with a busy work schedule, it was great having Avi be flexible enough to help insure all of my supplies got to the house on time so we could start and finish with the planned timeline. Would highly recommend Nagar Builders for any work you need done at your house. Thanks for my beautiful bathrooms!

WE started out shopping for 100% vinyl flooring for roughly 1,500 sq feet of our home. We had an existing oak staircase that we did not want to replace so the wood grain in the flooring had to match or blend with the staircase. Most of the installers/suppliers that we spoke with were not interested in helping us obtain that goal. Avi went far beyond the normal efforts to help us find the flooring that would suit our project. He found a product that blended beautifully with our stairs. His workmanship was superb along with his attitude of wanting to please. We would strongly recommend him for your next flooring project. Mike & Sue

Avi and his team from Nagar builders remodeled our bathroom and kitchen and they did a phenomenal job!!! His team is very skilled, knowledgeable, and clean. Avi was also very professional and he made so many suggestions to us as we weren’t even sure what style and colors we wanted, he pretty much helped us design everything. I wouldn’t hire anyone other than Avi to do any work at my house, I’m very satisfied with his work and professionalism and I highly recommend this company!! Thank you again Avi!

We hired Avi from Nagar Builders to help us solve a multitude of issues with our backyard including landscaping with artificial turf, replace our old rotting deck and install vinyl gates, remediate failing stucco wall and foundation, and more. Avi was very hands on and accommodating when we had any questions or concerns. His crew built us a beautiful deck and we are very happy with the look of our backyard now - definitely will bring back Avi for future work!

CALL THESE GUYS - I can’t stress this enough! They helped remodel our pool house so that my parents could move in to live with us. They even added some ADA elements so that everything was easily accessible and we don’t have to worry about them so much. My parents love feeling independent but want to be close to their grandchildren. Avi even spoke with my mother to get her input for the design, and she love to brag about him!
