In responding to this review we would say the following: The Sullivans are very nice people, in the general sense . This was a complete master bath remodel , that was terminated by me , one week into their project. It was obvious from the start , that even with a contract in place and an estimate that was months old , they simply didnt want to spend the money with us , and looked for ways to cut costs . They hired a handyman service to finish the project , someone unlicensed and without GC insurance . We were gracious enough to terminate our contract for them and expected payment , for the work that was completed. . When payment didnt happen in a timely manner, we took legal action and prevailed in civil court . Their review was posted the day after the court settlement in retribution . We wish them well . Its important for companies like ours to screen clients , just like homeowners should screen contractors,
Since 1985 , Ive worked in 10,000 homes up to $75M, and have had only a few mishaps along the way like this . We love what we do , and will continue to serve our clients and our community the best we know how ....Jerry Miller
