Monumental homes is an outstanding remodeling company. We recently used them to remodel our entire house. From start to finish they were the most professional team of individuals. As stressful as remodeling your home can be, they made the process as smooth as possible. The entire Monumental team was respectful, diligent, professional, and accommodating of all our requests. Our project manager, Carolina is so talented and one of the kindest people you will ever meet. She was the glue of our entire project and guided us step by step the whole way through. She was there EVERY single day of our project and many days ALL DAY which is so unusual for a company that has multiple major projects underway. Juan Manuel was also one of our project managers and he always was available to answer any questions we had and resolve any concerns we had. Alberto was the architect/designer of the whole entire project and he is full of innovative, clever ideas. Our house could have never turned out the way it did if he wasn't for his outstanding design abilities. Joy, the owner of Monumental homes (along with Alberto) was so personable since the very first day we met him. He always made time to answer any questions we had and ensure the project was running smoothly. He made such a great effort to to work within our budget, while still giving us the home of our dreams. Even if something was outside our budget, he always came up with an alternative option that worked within our budget while still meeting our end goal. I can't not say enough good things about this company. If you are ever planning to remodel, this is the number one company to use.

We found Monumental Homes on HOUZZ. We interviewed a number of contractors for our master bath and closet renovation. We decided on Monumental Homes because Joy and Alberto were able to understand our concept and made us feel that no idea was too crazy! They took our thoughts and turned them in to a beautiful master bath retreat and a dream closet! They were responsive and involved throughout the project. We never phased them with our many, many changes and add ons and the quality of work was excellent. We are delighted with the finished product, so much so, we are having them remodel our guest quarters. Thanks Joy and Alberto, you brought our design ideas to life!

I met Joy and Alberto after they were referred to me from Angie's list. I had an idea of what I wanted but I was not able to conceptualize it. Joy and Alberto were very patient, they came to my home several times, made several drawings and then WOWed me in the end. I have a 2 story home with all bedrooms up stairs, I wanted to add a master bedroom for my mother downstairs and also a pool (I've always wanted to learn how to swim and I figured post breast cancer there is no better time than now). Not knowing how this could be done and more importantly praying that the people who came to my home could be trusted was hard. I must say I truly believe Joy and Alberto are sent from GOD, they are truly AMAZING, they listen from the heart and the designs they create are absolutely stunning. Did I say they were PATIENT, I never felt as if I was a bother with my questions, or I was just another "project", I honestly felt and feel like I'm being taking care of by my extended family. What they designed was so much more, they added a porch to the room so my mom could sit out, they noticed my pantry was small and suggested adding a pantry, they were constantly trying to ensure I would be satisfied with the final product and the cost. All I can say is I would suggest you meet them, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Joy exceeded my expectations when it came to keeping me in the loop and sending status updates on all phases of our major project, including text messages with pictures to ensure we felt comfortable with the progress. He was very easy to work with and understanding which was refreshing to experience. I would easily recommend him to others.
