Very happy with Jonathan and Love Home Renovations. He did a good size reno for me - redoing my kitchen, two full baths, and a powder room, as well as a myriad of other jobs including flooring, windows, and adding a/c to name a few. It was no small feat! But Jonathan is a contractor that you can actually trust, and brings integrity to the work he does. He stays in communication along the way, and is available to answer any question, both big and small. Not only that, but he didn't hesitate to "hold my hand" throughout the design process, as I was quite overwhelmed making so many decisions. He really came through for me, going above and beyond. And best part of all, it turned out better than I ever expected - I absolutely love my new condo and am so thankful for the incredible job he did. Johnathan the owner is very professional, his workers are skilled, and take care in keeping and cleaning areas, "No Mess" . We had a shower totally remolded, which included demolition of the old. We wanted a larger shower, which required an existing shower wall being removed and plumbing being re-routed out of that wall to the opposite wall, also electrical was had to be relocated. There was substantial damage to subfloor which needed enlarging and rebuilding. Building the subfloor for new installation; reframing hot mop (tar) and cement was accomplished. Plumbing and electrical was completed. work was done in phases checked off and inspected by the city. Tile work was completed and shower doors installed. This was the second time I used Love Home Renovations. I had my smaller bathroom totally done and was completely satisfied, this is why I went with this company. I highly recommend doing work with Love Home Renovations.

Thanks Johnathan for giving my kitchen a new look. I definitely love it. Remodeling is not an easy job especially if you are still staying at home. Johnathan was able to make it as smooth as possible.

It has been about a week since my wife and I moved back into our condo. We needed to have a bathroom completely redone due to a leak from the unit above ours. Jonathan, owner of Love Home Renovations, was chosen over 3 additional bids we received. This was the first time ever hiring a contractor to do work on/in our home. We've all heard stories about contractors not showing up for days (or weeks) at a time...horror stories, so I was at least a little on edge. Well, someone was working on our bathroom every day of the week (Monday-Friday, and sometimes on Saturdays). Jonathan was there as well, almost every day, which really surprised me. EVERY TIME I called or texted Jonathan, he responded within 24 hours, but most of the time it was within a few minutes to an hour or so. This REALLY impressed me. I'm enjoying my bathroom more and more, every time I use it.

We had a 6 week renovation project with Love Home Renovations which largely went smoothly, and on time. There were no hidden or surprise costs, Jonathan was at the job site as promised on a daily basis, and communicated very professionally throughout the project. He made himself available via email/text or call and was always exactly on time for any appointments that we had. I find that to be a very rare characteristic of any professional within this business. We were looking for as hassle-free of a renovation as possible, and that is exactly what we got with Jonathan. The customer service is great, his workers were generally always on time (no random gap days where workers don't show up, or showing up in the afternoon and then not showing up for days) which I appreciated a lot. If we were not entirely pleased with certain aspects of the job, Jonathan made sure that it was redone to our liking and perfection.

The decision to install solar as you may know is a big one. Because of the amount of money involved in this project, one is naturally cautious. I was very pleased with their response and being kept up to date as we worked through the permit process in my city. My husband and I are truly excited about our new bathroom. It is exactly how we dreamed it to be. We got the big walk in shower we wanted with all the right tile colors and fixtures. He was very professional and present on the job. Jonathan's design ideas are very impressive and he helped us in our design.
