We can not recommend LeMier Construction more - they completely blew our expectations out of the water with our deck build. We had a complicated vision - an open deck layout with cascading infinity-style stairs that went across the entire back side of our house, from one end, all the way to the other end. A big project! The ground was uneven and it was a lot of work. Not only did they exceed our expectations and bring our vision to life, but Matt & Bob were fantastic to work with. Hardworking, trustworthy, patient, fun, very knowledgeable and professional, and had extremely high attention to detail. They (by far) offered the most competitive costs and we would hire them over and over again! I can’t say enough good things about the LeMiers!

We hired LeMier Construction to complete finish work on a deck project, including the building of a series of wraparound steps. They did a great job with this, the finished product looks wonderful. We had hired LeMier Construction previously and knew them to do good work in a timely manner. They were responsive to our requests, especially some changes that we wanted. LeMier Phillips completed a remodel of my entire house. The project manager cleverly divided the project into two parts so that I would be able to continue living in the house and always have access to sleeping and living space - and a bathroom. They managed this big project beautifully and completed in in a very reasonable amount of time. They followed up on everything and the result is stunning.

David and company assisted in installing our Sunglow greenhouse. We dug electrical wiring and plumbing ditches, they coordinated the electrical and plumbing contractors and connections and best of all helped move the assembled greenhouse from the delivery trailer onto the foundation they created for us. Done on time and within budget...couldn't be happier

My business contracted with LeMier Phillips Construction to build-out the interior of a small office building to suit our needs. The gave us a detailed bid, were easy and pleasant to work with, helped coordinate small details as well as the subcontractors. Everything was done on time despite some little surprises and the result is great.

LeMier Phillips did a house update for us which included a complete bathroom remodel, new interior and exterior lighting, railings for down to the yard and front porch, new door handles and a variety of other small items. They were excellent to work with and did a great job of keeping the projects on target and within budget. We highly recommend them and would use them again.

LeMier Phillips remodeled our master bathroom and did several other minor electrical, plumbing and structural upgrades. We love our new bathroom! The craftsmanship is excellent and the results are beautiful. The process was nearly painless because the workers were respectful of our space and our home. Any remodeling is a messy project but LeMier Phillips did an excellent job of minimizing the mess. We found them easy to work with and responsive to any concerns. They exceeded our expectations in every way!
