KMR remodeled my master bathroom beginning early January and was supposed to conclude in about a month. The job was not finished until early April after multiple issues, with the biggest being around the plumbing. I asked them to install a double headed shower in my bathroom. The guy who did the paint and demo also was the plumber. He was not a certified plumber. The owner did not come and manage the job throughout the renovation. He came twice and once was after I personally asked him to come and see that the shower was not working. This is a copy and paste of a response from the owner in my email exchange after I sent an email complaining about the shower not working (was not mixing only hot or cold). “As for the shower valve, Oscar tested the shower and had me on Facetime when he did it and he turned the water hot and cold. Oscar and my other men have personally finished hundreds of showers without hiring a licensed plumber. This is not our first rodeo. In Fact, we have actually had to fix many jobs that a so-called licensed plumber did. I have one right now that was done by a licensed plumbing contractor and we are having to remove all of the underground plumbing and do it over again. Unfortunately this stuff happens from time to time.” They thought it was the valve and made me order a new one. It was not. It was an incorrect install that multiple tiles had to be ripped off and reinstalled by a plumber because they couldn’t figure out how to do. Meanwhile, the owner continued to tell me via email how I was a difficult client, I should be praising their work and not criticizing. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. On top of it, once the job was finished four months later my sink leaked in the cabinet and the owner refused to send a certified plumber out to fix it. He wanted to send the guy that messed up my shower for more plumbing. The owner will not be a project manager and will expect you to manage the job, they will give you no professional advice on where to hang your lights and will even install the wrong counter height of your make up vanity, because they don’t know any better.I highly recommend to not use KMR enterprises.

The crew did a great job with the remodel. We had the master bath done. The tile work came out excellent. They were very detailed in making sure the walls were all even so the tile did not look crooked. The plumbing work was also excellent. The crew was also the neatest and cleanest contractors we have ever dealt with. When they were done there was no mess for me to clean up. That was above and beyond expectations. KMR is definitely worth hiring to do a remodel. I would absolutely recommend them

We recently worked with KMR Enterprises for our kitchen remodel. The owner, Kris, is always available for any concerns or questions and the KMR team of Oscar and Santi were just amazing. They were hard-working, very efficient and professional, with meticulous attention to detail. It is very hard to find a quality company in SoFLa, but KMR is the real deal! Would recommend 100%

I contracted with KMR to renovate a second bathroom. Gerry Zambuto was our sales rep and he was very accommodating and very available. The highlight however, were the two artisans they sent to do the work. Osmany and Orlando Figueroa were spectacular. They were here on time and put in a full days work. Some may say that being on time is tablestakes, but having dealt with many contractors, it is definitely an indication of how they approach their work. These two professionals took great care to ensure they delivered exactly what we wanted. Every detail was approached with care and as if they were doing it in their own home. I am super-pleased with the end product.

We would absolutely hire KMR again! They were incredibly easy to work with, the quality of work was excellent and we love our new bathroom. We could not be happier!!

I had an emotional house fire and I didn’t have any idea where to begin. Kris came and calmly took control of the situation and as the GC, he pulled the permit and organized all the tradesmen and prepared reports for me and the insurance company in a very detailed professional manner. Kris even sends pictures and a daily log to keep me updated on the progress. I highly recommend him and absolutely would rely on his expertise in the future. Was out of town when our house flooded and had to interview contractors online. Luckily I picked a professional and very competent one. Kris at KMR took charge and did a rehab on practically the whole house. Stayed with us the whole was offering advice and guidance along the way. His crew was absolutely terrific.

Kris and his crew were fantastic! When my handicapped Mother had a flood in her home and we needed to get her home back to normal in a hurry. I called a few contractors but only the KMR crew promised they would only take a week and they did. I would recommend KMR to all my friends and family.

We have been working with Kris at KMR for several years. Kris is a great and quality builder he is very responsible and we have enjoy working with him and continue to work with him.
