I needed a General Contractor for a project in my residence as a result of the winter Ice Damage Storm and your service put me in touch with Keenahm Construction Inc. and Mr Derrick Spann. He came out surveyed the damage and gave me a written estimate of the scope and manner of the services to be provided. He was very knowledgeable and very professional in his presentation. We signed the contractual agreement. Mr Spann started on time and finished the project as stated in the agreement. The quality of his work was truly outstanding!!! I was very pleased and would highly recommend his company!!!!!!!!!!!!! I informed Mr Spann that I would contact him in the future for a couple of other projects I had in mind to do this summer.
