Jun Construction offers in house floor plan development for your project. This allows you to work with one person from the start of the project to the completion. We are members of the Home Builders Association of Greater Southwest Illinois. As a member of the HBA we have adopted the Illinois Quality Assurance Builder Standard for Home Building and Remodeling. This booklet was not only approved by the HBA but also the Homeowners Association. It gives a homeowner an index style resource to understand the warranty of there new home, and what is to be expected from their contractor.
