Erik did an amazing job on our Delancey Place kitchen, bathroom, and butler pantry renovations. His attention to detail is exceptional - he does it all - carpentry, tile, etc. The overall design was by Airy Kitchens who introduced us to Erik (Jordan and Son's) during the contractor selection process. Our renovation was extensive with a rather large budget but between Airy and Erik it pretty much came in on budget with only a few unforeseen adjustments (electric box upgrade). Have more projects in mind and would reach out to him first before anyone else.

Erik and his team are perfectionists! Let me say they are the best kind of perfectionists, they troubleshoot old homes with a fine tooth comb and adapt well to delays and hitches that arise naturally, or in our case, related to the pandemic. Erik is customer-oriented, always willing to answer a text or a question within reasonable time. His Collaborative approach allows for him to pull from a team of subcontractors to handle the complexities of renovation. Erik has a stylistic eye and feels more like an artist of his craft- which was especially notable in some custom woodworking needed to adapt to our uneven ceiling. We cannot say enough about how positive our experience was with Erik, and cannot wait to have him back and renovate our bathroom. We also know that we need to reach out in advance, as word is getting around of his exceptional work, and we know we will need to book early!

Jordan and Son's Construction, LLC excelled with our difficult bathroom renovation. Our home was built in 1931 and suffered termite damage in the floor boards which forced previous owners to prop the bathtub up on four metal lally columns as a band-aid. We wanted a team to repair and remodel this bathroom more professionally and that's exactly what Jordan's team did for us. They took everything down to the bare bones, rebuilt everything correctly with high standards, and made the space more beautiful than we could even imagine. Every member of the team worked diligently each day to get this long-term project done much faster than we thought possible. I will miss all of these kind gentlemen, and look forward to working with them again on future projects. Anyone would be lucky to hire this capable and considerate team in order to improve their home or business.

Jordan and Sons is our favorite contractor we have ever worked with across three houses and two states. Throughout the process, they were thorough, detail oriented and meticulous. The subcontractors they brought on board were equally detail oriented and even drew the admiration of other contractors doing work elsewhere in the house. Erik was always quick to bring up any issue we came across and talk through alternatives and solutions. He was also patient with us as clients, willingly tackling new materials and odd installation requests. Erik was also excellent with change orders. Changes in scope were discussed, estimate and signed off on so that no one was left surprised. We definitely plan to hire Erik again in the future for this and any other house we may buy in the Philadelphia area.

This was our first time working with a contractor for a home renovation and we approached it with some apprehension after hearing horror stories from friends who had contractors cut corners and pressured them into decisions they were unhappy with. But Erik took the time to listen to us anf asked questions that made us realize he could see our vision for the project. Erik stayed in regular communication with us throughout the process and as surprises sprung up, he and his team were able to come up with solutions that kept our overall design intact. Within the first weeks it became clear that Erik took pride in getting the small details right and doing quality work. We would highly recommend working with Jordan & Sons. They are easy to communicate with, thoughtful, detail-oriented and want to deliver a finished product that everyone can be proud of.
