Heidi and Jerry are a great team. Yes, there were the kinds of delays, problems and surprises that one would anticipate in a big addition, but Jerry navigated them masterfully and the final result is fantastic. On a side note, I know nothing about construction, but neighbors who did know, as they observed the progress, commented on how high quality Jerry’s work was.

We hired Jerry and Heidi for a total basement remodel. They tore out everything from our 50s era basement and put in new floors, ceiling, walls, lighting, and 2 large egress windows. We could not be happier with the work they did. Our family of four uses the space almost constantly now. They were very easy to work with, very professional, and detail-oriented. They both had lots of experience and were able to help us make the best decisions for the project. We will definitely hire them again for our next project!

Our family has a long history of working with Jerry and Heidi. They've done work for my daughter and also for my sister. This is the second time I've had them do work for me. After we had serious deterioration to the downstairs bathroom following a leak, we wanted Jerry to do the rebuild. He's now finished the job and we could not be more pleased. it's a totally new bathroom. He is meticulous in his work, creative about solving unexpected problems, someone with long experience who is used to doing his own work. I have total confidence in his competence and his integrity. I got a specific estimate before he began work and it was completed under budget. He left the work area immaculate when he was done. We worked with Heidi and Jerry on a full renovation of the 2nd level of our home, taking one big empty room and turning it into a master bedroom, office, lounge and adding a whole new bathroom. We are so pleased with the high quality work done by JerBear homes! This was a big project, and our first major home reno, and we couldn't have dreamed of a better contractor to work with. Heidi and Jerry were super communicative, flexible with changes, quick, and had amazing attention to every single detail. All for a reasonable and competitive budget. We will definitely be hiring them again for future projects and are singing their praises to all our family and friends!

JerBear homes recently completed a bathroom remodel in our home. Heidi came in and looked at our project, and together with Jerry, they worked out a bid for us. They are both good people and we felt comfortable with them from the start. They were willing to work with an interior designer who was not part of their team (a family member of ours), and they saw our vision and got to work as soon as they could schedule us in. From the start of demolition and through the entire process, Jerry was respectful of our home and cleaned up every day before leaving. As situations arose, Jerry spoke with us and together we worked through things. He is a great problem solver and designed on the fly. Our tile work is wonderful. At the end of the project, he spent time with us helping with finishing touches. Was our project with out issues? No. But most of the issues were delays caused by supply chain and pandemic shortages on the cabinetry we selected. If we have projects in the future, JerBear Homes will be our first call ! Great local company.

I worked with Jer Bear Homes, LLC to do an extensive kitchen remodel. My wife and I met with Jerry and Heidi. We could tell pretty quickly that Jer Bear Homes would be a good fit. Heidi and Jerry are professional and responsive. They communicated information about the project and schedule consistently. They also listened to our vision, helped us finalize that vision, and then made it happen. We’ve got an old house, so along the way, of course some unexpected hurdles came up. Jerry has a skill for making things fit seamlessly when that happened. Jerry did not rush through the job. He took his time, and he came back a few times to put the finishing touches on some details. Also, we just felt very comfortable with Jerry in our house for a few weeks. Even our dog was excited to have him around! We are going to work with Jer Bear Homes, LLC in the future because we felt like the work was excellent and the contract price very fair for the work done.

Jerry and Jer Bear Homes was a God-Send for us. After a burst pipe and subsequent flood at our cabin in the middle of winter, we didn't know where to start. Jerry literally devoted 3 months of his life to putting our 1930's vintage lake home back together even better than before the flood. Jerry is a craftsman and a first rate problem solver. No situation was beyond his knowledge or expertise. He understood our concerns and always responded with a reassuring, no-problem attitude. He gutted and restored our mater bath and flawlessly restored our hardwood floors while matching the 90 year old stain and varnish. His pricing was fair and her stayed until the project was done to our satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and hire Jer Bear Homes. You will be completely satisfied.
