J & T Tile and Renovations

We have started a project with Tracey and James and find them to be thorough, tidy and respectful of all our needs. Due to some unforeseen delays we have decided to wait until sept 2016 to begin the project as it entails major renos inside our home and that date fits in better with our family schedule.

We chose J&T Tile and Renovations for our kitchen and powder room renovation because we knew from previous experience (ensuite master bathroom) that they would provide a high quality product and outstanding craftsmanship. Tracy and James's knowledge and keen eye for detail helped a great deal in the design to maximize the kitchen space and provide key areas specific to our needs. Tracy was so helpful at sourcing all high quality products and bringing elements of design and functionality together. And when it came to the hard, gritty work, James's experience shows in outstanding quality tiling, precise cabinet installation and detailed finishing touches on the cabinets, trim work, etc. Renovating our kitchen had been a long and daunting project for me, but James and Tracy made it a lot easier than I had anticipated. They kept to their timeline and within 3 weeks, we had a functioning kitchen! We were also very impressed with the sub-contractors they worked with, such as the electrician and the granite fabricator and installers; they did beautiful work and I never felt uncomfortable having anyone around. Everyone was so professional and the work was carried out within set time-frames. A few issues came up with the cabinet maker but James and Tracy made sure that they were resolved as quickly as possible. I would never hesitate to call upon James and Tracy for any renovation work, they are a great team, they are very easy and fun to deal with and they really have the very best interest of their customer at heart and their outstanding all-around service speaks for itself.

James and Tracy combined a narrow outdated bathroom and a small bedroom into a luxurious bathroom and a beautiful closet. They went beyond our expectations in regards to helpfulness with planning, communication during the process, attention to detail and follow up afterward. We are very happy!

We hired James to renovate our ensuite bathroom. We found James very professional and very easy to deal with. Our bathroom is just gorgeous and we were very pleased with the end result. James is a perfectionist and everything he did was very well done. Every night after the completion of the work he made sure that he left the place spotless. We would not hesitate to hire James back for other renovations of our house.

I had the good fortune to have J&T Tile and Renovation replace the back splash in our kitchen and ensuite bathroom a few years ago. James did an excellent job replacing the tile in both rooms. Because of his work ethic, professionalism and attention to detail, my husband and I have since retained J&T Tile over the past few years for a total renovation in both of our bathrooms, including crown moldings in the bathrooms, install french doors leading to our backyard, re-finish all the cabinets in our kitchen (including the island) and ensuite bathroom and last but not least, install a new deck which he completed in June 2014. To say it is fantastic is an understatement. James did an outstanding job. Tracy is wonderful and is extremely good at estimating and is very creative with design ideas. Once the client has has approved an estimate, J&T Tile stick to the amount quoted. This to me is very important. We still have a few projects that we will hire J&T Tile to do for us. Both my husband and I would highly recommend J&T Tile Renovation for any work needed in our home.
