The finished bathrooms look great.. In addition, Ron went above and beyond and also helped us find an HVAC contractor as we wanted to replace our HVAC and water heater. Ron coordinated the HVAC project as well and ensured it was delivered on time with all the proper permits. Additionally, the professionalism of Ron extended beyond the construction phase. The post-project follow-up demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring that adjustments or corrections were promptly addressed. For example, we discovered one of the tubs was leaking and the hardware provider had given us the incorrect valve for the showers. Ron worked with the hardware provider to get the correct parts and scheduled his plumbers to come back promptly and fix the issues. In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend Ron for any project. Their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to excellence set them apart. I am grateful for the beautiful transformation they brought to my home, and I will not hesitate to enlist their services for any future projects. In fact we have already scheduled Ron to come back and install our front and back doors!

Last month I had my kitchen and siding installed, and I couldn't be happier. Johnny and the project manager Roy were really helpful throughout the road and ensured that my project was completed on schedule. I recently had my guest bathroom renovated by IGreen Builders. Ron and his manager Noe were extremely proficient, diligent and reliable throughout the course of the project. I hired Ron after a challenging and an excruciating experience with a previous contractor, whom I had to fire mid-course and the project was left incomplete. The previous contractor failed to waterproof the shower, did a messy installation of the tiles and a faulty job with the plumbing. I had interviewed over 10 different contractors in the Bay Area prior to hiring Ron. Merely looking at the pictures, Ron gave me an estimate of the project, price and the duration. He pulled all the different permits and had them all scheduled in time prior to the agreed up on the project initiation timelines. From the start till the end of project, without fail he would proactively give me daily updates on the workers arrival time, to-do list for the day etc, for which I was extremely grateful as I didn't have to chase the workers, which is contrary to my prior experience with the previous contractor. Ron would even call me on the weekends to update me on what to anticipate for next week. For this alone, I would give him a 10-star rating and I would highly recommend him to all the busy professionals in the Bay Area! More importantly, all the different personnel he employed for this renovation were highly skilled, professional and friendly ranging from plumbers, tile installers, demolition crew etc. They would carefully take their time to explain to me all the specifics of their daily tasks. Also, during this project, as the elevators in my building were down, Ron and his team had to take the stairs day in and day out for about 4 weeks to the 6th floor and not even once have I heard them complaining while lugging those heavy tiles, equipment, waste disposal etc. Furthermore, he even gave me a concession in price over a botched job done by my previous contractor with plumbing. My bathroom turned out spectacular and beyond my expectations. Overall, this is a star team and I would highly recommend hiring this team to all my friends and family!!

IGreen Builders was hired to remodel our basement. This company is extremely well run. They made certain that we were aware of the renovation process from the start. They collaborated with us to design the room, showing us samples of the actual materials that will be used. They adapted to our requests for personalization. The project has a dedicated manager who visits us on a regular basis to ensure that we are satisfied with the progress. All difficulties and queries were swiftly answered! The craftsmanship was excellent, and the employees were true artisans! The entire personnel was well-trained, courteous, and helpful, and they went out of their way to assure our comfort. Dust barriers and ventilation techniques, for example, were erected to ensure that no dust was spread outside the building site. Every piece of equipment.

Liron and team do know what they are doing. Very knowledgeable! We did a design package with them to know the structure of our home prior, which is very important when removing walls and doing an open concept without surprises! They handled the blueprints, designs and permits. We had to wait about 2 months for the city approval, which wasn’t bad. construction took 3 months as they promised, and now we have a gorgeous extended kitchen/dining room with the space we wanted! We have had IGreen Builders do an addition to our main floor, a main floor reconfiguration and a basement remodel to our house. The house was built in the 1950’s with 3 small bedrooms, 3 small closets, and a main floor full bath. The laundry was inconveniently located in the basement. The final result is our main floor now has a laundry room, the original full bathroom, two good sized bedrooms with big closets, and a master bedroom with en suite. Our daylight basement was finished for easy conversion to a legal ADU. The whole process was smooth. They stayed on budget and schedule. With no hassle. Everyone was professional and courteous. We hired IGreen builders to remodel our master bathroom. The company was the fourth we interviewed with and we were deeply impressed by Liron Knot wide experience, their design ideas and their reasonable price, so we offered them the job on the spot. We were so glad we did that! This was a wonderful team - Liron gave us lots of great ideas on the design. He was our project manager, and was very experienced and customer oriented. I often called him multiple times a day and he was always very patient to answer my questions and kept me updated on the daily schedule. The crew was very professional, courteous and highly skillful - we really love the great tile work. Tony and his folks did an excellent job. Now we enjoyed our beautiful bathroom everyday and we are so glad we hired this team. We love their work so much that we decided to remodel the two bathrooms upstairs as well with them, which are ongoing right now.
