We have a very novel, relaxed way of discussing how we can “fill in the blanks” for you and make your home dream the reality you desire. We want your friends and family to gush when they walk in the front door of your home. We want you to enjoy every minute of working in your home office. How do we do this? We listen to your vision. We add our over 30 years of expertise and natural artistic talents to your dream. We give you rough sketches (in pencil) to allow you to discuss concepts with our talented team. We then prepare architectural drawings and engineered stamped papers to start bringing your dream to life. We prepare and file all the necessary legal permitting paperwork with the city (if needed). Best of all, we give you a fixed price bid in writing. Unless you make changes after we start construction, we guarantee to stick to the price we have quoted. Nobody likes surprises when it comes to money. We work within your budget to make your dream affordable. And once we enter into a contract with you, then you can sleep well at night knowing that this is not going to turn into a nightmare construction job. Also, when we take on your project, you become the only job that we are doing. We are not there one day and gone the next while you are stuck a torn‐up house. Not us! We show up on the job every day.
