Historical Remodeling LLC is a McKinney, Texas-based company provides a vast range of services to cater for all of your remodeling and renovation needs. The President of our company is Patty Thomas who believes it takes a woman’s touch to remodeling a home. She believes in listening to her customers’ needs, while focusing on architecture elements and design details of the home. Our family has enjoyed living in McKinney since 1998. William Thomas is our General Manager responsible for all phases of construction projects; he has worked 10 years in the construction business as a finish carpenter, remodeling General Contractor and Construction Manager for new home construction. William has built and remodeled 53 custom homes in the North Dallas area and enjoys working with clients to bring their homes back to historical styles. As a graduate of the US Air Force Academy, William served in the U.S. Air Force in Europe as an Engineering Project Manager. Our entire team is committed to meeting our client’s needs.
