Respectful and courteous, they come to the table ready to hear your ideas, offer their own, problem solve about design solutions as well as finances. Their work is top notch beautiful and complete. This was a kitchen renovation involving electrical and plumbing work. Mitch was very diligent and respectful and went the extra mile to build a beautiful kitchen. Despite delays with the work caused by other extraneous factors, the kitchen came out beautiful.

We hired Gotham to be our contractor before we moved into our home in Westchester last summer. They coordinated extensive renovations of our kitchen and a bathroom, both of which came out beyond our expectations. Besides the work in the kitchen being done in a timely and meticulous manner the transparency with which the work was done as it related to sub contractors and costs was really impressive. Honesty and Integrity are not always easy to find in a contractor but was what we found in Gotham. We highly recommend this company and will surely be using their services again in the future.

Gotham just finished our apartment in New York City and we were very happy with the results. Mitchel understood from day one what we wanted and he delivered everything in a clean and professional manner. The estimates coincided with the final bill which was great.
