Our company has been in business since 1996. We are a full service remodeling company specializing in additions, kitchen and bathroom renovations, basements, attic conversions, sunroom and sun screen porch additions as well as major and minor repairs. We offer design services for our clients for major project additions and design within their budget and architectural needs in mind. We work closely with county departments to expedite the project through the permitting process. We first meet with the client to understand their wants and concerns about the project. We will then give them a range on how much the project can cost within 10% to 15% . We make sure to go over design costs & provide sketches of what the project will look like. In order to start large-scale projects off correctly, we make sure to provide design drawings, which in turn are submitted to the permit department with any engineering stamps. Finally, we always make sure we use the proper materials that can stand the test of time - we never cut corners on materials. At this first meeting the homeowner now understands what their project will cost within a range, a rough sketch of their design and any construction details that they want to know. When they are willing to move forward, we formulate a design contract for their project and accept the necessary fees to start the design process. During this meeting, we get to know the owners and strive to eliminate any fears about the remodeling process. We follow up the following week to go over the initial design concepts based on their ideas for the project and maintain their budget parameters throughout the design process. Not all projects require design drawings, but what is essential with all construction projects is communication on a daily basis with the client and follow through to make the construction process go as smooth as possible.
