I hired Polished Concepts to renovate my basement. Prior to starting work, my basement was a complete mess... We had coin-operated laundry machines and the rest of the space was basically barren, dark, and humid. Polished Concepts was able to install a vapor barrier and make my basement a luxury living space. It allowed us to turn a space that was previously unusable, into a proper living space. The work was very quick, the workers were professional and knowledgeable. We're quite happy with our project. Five stars for sure.

I hired Polished Concepts to renovate a new home I was moving into. The Kitchen needed a new floor, new cabinets, and a backsplash. We needed to build a new 1/2 bathroom in the first floor and renovate the main bathroom in the second floor. We also wanted to install carpets, and paint the first and second floor of the house. Not only did they stick to the budget provided, but they also completed the work in a timely and professional matter. The company was very responsive. They reached out to me the first day and I had an estimate the second day from contact. The third day, all of the local permits were pulled and work had started. The entire project was completed within two weeks. I was extremely happy and impressed with the results. I would absolutely hire them again.
