Greg and his team did a fantastic job with our hall bathroom renovation. The project was completed on time and within budget. I would rate his communication, skilll and professionalism 5 stars. We will certainly have him back for our next project!

We would highly recommend Greg Rand and his team from Elementz, they were absolute "Pros". Greg and his subs were all equally professional, knowledgable, and hard working. They came in on budget and did a fantastic job for us. But most importantly they had the best attitude and were trustworthy and basically good people!

Greg and his skilled team did a wonderful job renovating our 1960s ranch house. We replaced the kitchen, eliminated walls to open up the kitchen, family and dining room, raised the ceilings, moved the stairs and replaced the squeaky wood floor. They did high quality work, were easy to work with, were half the price of well known design build renovation firms and stayed on budget. They have several skilled craftsmen on their staff that did much of the work and brought in good sub contractors for the rest. Greg was a Navy and Delta airlines pilot so he brings that focus and skill to his construction projects. Greg, Jordan, Steve and the rest of his team are all friendly and fun to work with. We lived down stairs during the renovation and I actually sometimes miss chatting with his friendly team.

Greg and his team created a beautiful screened porch for us. He was a great partner on this project. Throughout the timeframe, he checked in, helped me make decisions and was incredibly flexible on scope changes. He was professional all the way through completion! His sub-contractors were equally as helpful! If you need any project done professionally, on-time, and accurately, call Greg and his team.

ElementZ redid our guest bathroom and it turned out great - we couldn't be happier. They were neat, affordable and best of all there were no surprises. We're hoping to redo our kitchen this year and will definitely consider using them. Can't say enough good things about Greg and his team.

My husband and I used Elementz for a total remodeling of the terrace level of our home. They completely gutted the existing space, added walls, added a full bath and kitchen. We had a fantastic experience working with Greg & Georton from Elementz. From the very beginning gathering price quotes Elementz rose to the top by showing that they genuinely wanted to take on this major house remodel for us. They began work immediately (a scope that included demo and full remodel of our entire first floor and basement, including the master, kitchen and laundry room). Each of their team members was a pleasure to work with and took the same pride in a job well does as Greg & Georton themselves. Throughout the entire project we were incredibly pleased and impressed with all of their sub contractors, and when working with Greg & Georton we were treated with consideration, caring and respect. This was a large project, and it was managed very smoothly, with no lulls in the project timeline or missed days of work. Elementz really worked hard for us and we came to appreciate their handling of the project very much. The final product has filled every expectation we had hoped for. The quality of work could not be more professional and the house is absolutely gorgeous. I will trust Elementz to handle any projects that we do in the future and I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor to handle a project either large or small.

Greg and the Elementz crew redid our master bathroom. They kept in line with the proposed budget, and gave us a beautiful bathroom that exceeded our expectations. Greg was very communicative through the entire process, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.

When we decided to do a kitchen renovation, Elementz came highly recommended to us. When we met to discuss the job, we came up with a proposal and a budget and were very pleased that we were very close to budget when the project was completed. Quite a bit of demolition work was required, however, they left the area clean and safe each day. We completely trusted the crew. Our foreman was great and by the end of the project, he felt like family. We were so pleased with our new kitchen and keeping room. A few months later, part of a very large tree fell on our house. Elementz came out right away, worked directly with our insurance company to negotiate the settlement, and completed the repairs promptly. Again, we were very pleased with Elementz. We would certainly hire them again!

Greg and his team added a room on my house and built out several retail spaces I own. Always honest and fairly priced - I highly recommend them!
