We used DSM Construction for a major renovation of a 1980s home. It involved the typical stuff (new flooring, tiling, painting) but also larger tasks like taking the kitchen and master bathroom down to the studs, moving one wall, relocating the laundry room and relocating the master shower. (See the before and after pics below for the kitchen and master bath--a true transformation!). We could not be happier with the results. David worked seamlessly with our designer and was great about keeping us updated on the status of the project. He is very hands-on in managing the work and was frequently on-site. He and his team were easy to work with and were readily available when we had questions. Most importantly, he really cares about the quality of the work and wants you to be satisfied with it. We would highly recommend DSM!

David Marcus was a professional contractor who did an excellent job remodeling my kitchen and previosly remodeled my master bath. This was done in my hirise condo which made much of the work time consuming and difficult. David was great about returning to attend to details that cropped up over time. I found him to be very competitive in pricing and he was willing to work with my decorator. He also was good about suggesting cost cutting design and products.

David was incredibly easy to work with, knowledgeable, professional and realistic in setting and exceeding expectations. He and his staff were incredibly professional, timely and master craftsmen. I could not recommend DSM Construction more.

David and his team did the "Carillon Fireplace" project for us and they did a fantastic job! David is a great communicator, and his team is very professional and courteous. They are also good with animals. My father was a GC, so I have certain expectations. The job site was clean every day, no questions, and there was never any issues with folks not showing up. David also had a lot of good ideas that we incorporated. We plan to work with David and his team again!

Comentado: Can you tell me the name of the tile you used on the wall and floor?Hi, the tile is from Bedrosians. Wall tile is cloe white (it comes with the color variation). The floor is also from bedrosians. It is Blomma floor & wall mosaic in Grigio.
