We hired Dream Home Contractors for a major renovation of our home, to include 3 bathrooms, kitchen, and general living areas. Anna was the manager of our project and things unraveled pretty quickly. She proved to be highly unorganized and completely incompetent when it came to the technical aspects of renovation processes. Specific examples include: - Anna promised there would be several crews working on our project to keep the timeline on track, We even moved out for a few weeks to avoid being in the way during demo, however, upon moving back in, we came to see there was only one crew with, some days, only one worker performing multiple tasks. - Anna did not file the appropriate paper work for the plumbing permit in a timely manner, which delayed the project. - There were several instances where a room was turned over to us as "completed" when, in fact, certain things were not in working order, specifically, the plumbing. - Several times Anna asked that we wire payments to her instead of payment by check. Or that one of the checks for a change order be made out to her instead of the company??? She was very persistent with her requests. - Anna was tasked with providing quantities for tile orders to our designer and for a couple of the orders her number were over double the required amounts. Fortunately one was caught prior to placing the order but one was not. - In general, I had to triple check any of Anna's calculations. Invoices were sent with incorrect numbers, product order quantities was off. This was a consistent thing. - Our possessions were not covered properly and were covered in layers of dust. - We made an effort to have have all materials on site prior to starting construction. The faucets of one of the bathrooms were available to Anna's crew for over a month prior to installation, however, they installed the medicine cabinets too low to accommodate the faucet height. Instead of trying to remedy this situation, Anna, said we needed to source and purchase new faucets. It wasn't until Oshry stepped in and confirmed they will re-install the medicine cabinets appropriately that the problem was resolved. - Anna thought is was ok to caulk the space between tile that was laid and the wall. This looked awful. Oshry had to come out and confirm that a proper border is actually what was needed. - oh and there was a car seat in our basement that somehow went missing during the project. This was never properly addressed when mentioned. It was completely dismissed. Overall dealing with this company, specifically Anna, was painful. Internal issues became our problem. The first sub-contractor she hired for our project was fired midway through the process and when the new sub was bought on there were huge gaps in communication. Things that Anna should have been aware of, she was not. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We approached Anna with a few photos of what we liked on Houzz, in an effort to remodel a fireplace and overall look and feel of our family room. Anna and Sam were pros from the start. Not only was their pricing fair, but they were more than the typical contractor - they added design ideas that would eventually exceed our expectations (before and after photo attached). We are thrilled to have met Anna and Sam and would recommend them 100 times over.

Dream Home Professional Contractors have completed two jobs for me - remodel of my kitchen and basement. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Oshry has an incredible eye for design, and, thanks to him, my home is completely transformed. I now have the my dream kitchen and an incredible basement. The entire team is very professional, courteous, and fun to work with. Work was completed within budget and on time. A big plus is that they make their own custom cabinets; also Oshry brings in his own electrician and plumber. No subcontracting out of anything, which ensures high quality work. Oshry takes a lot of pride in his work; as a result, he does not cut corners. He adds extra touches and details to his work just because he wants to, and that level of care and workmanship really comes through in the finished product.

Dream Home did a fabulous renovation of our basement. Oshry has vision which is what we needed, and he came up with a much better design plan than anyone else had and implemented it quickly and efficiently. They took care of the space, cleaned up daily, and came back quickly to fix any minor glitches we found afterwards. We loved his crew, too, they were wonderful guys.

We had an unfinished basement and hired Dream Home Professionals to complete the job. This was our first time working with a contractor and Dream Home Professionals was very helpful in giving us pointers on the best quality for the job. They also didn't nickel and dime us for every aspect of the job, and added little details just to give things that extra touch. We could tell Dream Home Professionals really took a lot of pride in their work and they genuinely wanted to do a good because the final product is a representation of them. When we saw the finished job, we couldn't have imagined how nice it would be! It was hard to believe it was the same space! A full bathroom, entertainment area, custom bar with sink, laundry room, and a home office. Absolutely gorgeous! Would definitely recommend this company, the work is top notch.

Dream Home Professional Contractors are absolutely what their names describe. They're great at their craft, take pride in the work they deliver, and are passionate about what they do. They just completed a full-get renovation for me in Washington DC and my whole familys expectations were beyond exceeded. Just have Oshry walk you through a bathroom or kitchen he's completed, and have Anna (I liked that they're an entrepreneurial couple and family run business) email you photos of projects and material. A great eye for design and curating/sourcing products, I basically left this 1800 ft row home in their hands as I made decisions from another state. Ask me for the pics and I'd be happy to provide. They met the budgets in our proposal and on time. They also added smart features to the home taking advantage of wall spaces, stairwells and attics. They're company size is also in the right sweet spot as they only have full time professional staff yet are hands on project managers. They have their own wood shop where they build their own cabinets and they came out perfect. On fees for service they were comparable to other A-Grade firms I interviewed and I interviewed probably 6 firms. I walked through 2 of their projects and spoke to two clients in person before picking them. I was super nervous as this was my first full renovation project. I'm happy to report that I'll definitely work with them again!

I contacted Dream Home to remodel my kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised that they built their own cabinets, so the thought of custom cabinetry bought me. They were on time, and led me every step of the way from demolition to the final touches of the remodel. I didn't know what to expect, since this was my first major remodel. They assisted in selected appliances, granite, lighting and flooring. Everything came together wonderfully. Their design and execution was flawless in creating a one of a kind kitchen!I am looking forward to utilizing this space to make special memories with my family and friends.

Our home is over 20 years old and we have been renovating and upgrading it over the last several years. Our first project was the master bath and guest bath. The work was performed in a very professional manner. Dream Home Professionals was able to increase the master bath footprint without any major structural changes. All the cabinetry was custom designed and the installation was flawless. Because of the excellent work they were hired to finish the basement which was unfinished for 20 years. We now have a gym, bedroom, bath and theater increasing the total floor space of the house dramatically. Our most recent project was a complete facelift for the kitchen. Walls were removed, appliances relocated and upgraded and cabinets were custom designed and installed. The counter design and materials selected was outstanding and the kitchen was given an open free flow contemporary design and look that is spectacular! This company knows what it is doing and will do the job right!

The project was challenging and required a complete redesign of the space and moving some walls to open the kitchen up. We needed new plumbing and electrical in addition to everything cosmetic in the kitchen.
