We just completed a full basement and kitchen reno which included the removal of two walls, new floor and ceiling. Sam is very organized and was wonderful at communicating at every stage of our project. We had 3 companies come in to give us a quote our Main and second floor home renovation After meeting with Dream Chasers Construction we knew right away we wanted to go with them, New ideas, respect for our budget line and promise of quality control at every level sold us. Our home reno was not a huge job for this company however it was a huge one in our books. I can honestly say it turned out better than I hoped or expected... and I had high hopes and big expectations!! Sam is honest, upfront and operates with a high level of integrity. So happy we found and hired Dream Chasers Construction to make our home even more than we envisioned it could be. We were in need of some cosmetic updates as well as creating a bathroom with a glass shower. We thought we'd have to use the existing hall bath but the day Sam came for a walk through his expert mind seen the opportunity to add an entire ensuite in the long master bedroom. He had very knowledgable crews who were experts in their trades and stayed on a very precise schedule which I had access to view online. His entire team was so great to deal with. ICould not recommend this Company enough to take after all the upgrade needs in your home without missing any details.

We had a full home renovation , removing walls and restructuring the layout to create a new master suite with a sitting area and office space,bathrooms, kitchen ,The new open main floor for the kitchen and living + dining room is beautiful and the quality of the kitchen cabinets surpassed our expectations. From the first meeting with Ssm, we were impressed with his scoping of the project and his follow-up. Sam gave us a price which was certainly not the cheapest but we wanted an experienced team and Sam was confident he could deliver. We were not in a rush as there was a lot of planning required. We met the power contractor team of Sam and his crew were very impressed with the quality of their work. They were diligent, thorough and very fast. They are very hard workers and extremely responsive to our questions. They are very experienced and shared their knowledge/opinions with us so that we could make informed decisions.
