We loved working with DiZebba and Sons, Inc. in the construction of our new home and if we ever build another, (and we hope to) we will go directly to Guy DiZebba. Upon meeting Guy he assured us that he would be with us 24/7 throughout the process and sure enough he guided us through every step of construction. Being the third generation of builders in the DiZebba family there is not a lot Guy hasn't seen. He proved to be a great source of knowledge and understanding that is so important between a builder and customers like us. We also enjoyed the fact that a majority of the work was performed by DiZebba personnel. We would see Guy on the site with his superintendent and crew on a daily basis. We weighed several options in the selection of a builder but all the others were contractors who operated with cell phones and rarely left their office. This man is a custom builder and a craftsman that is so rare today. From top to bottom was built by a crew of polite, courteous men and women who looked, acted and performed like professionals. We were so happy with our home and the entire process we invited entire DiZebba company to the house warming party. We are looking forward to the next one.

We hired DiZebba +Sons to remodel the exterior and interior of the home we owned in 2011 and 2012. The job was performed beyond our expectations. Mr.DiZebba was very knowledgable and professional in each aspect of the job. He offered creative suggestions that were cost effective, while keeping our style and vision in mind. The company was very reliable and professional throughout the job. Mr. DiZebba himself was on the job most of the time and always provided updates and time frames. We contracted with Dizebba last year to remove the wooden vertical plank siding on our house, which was compromised in many places, and replace it with cement board. DiZebba did a very thorough job. The workman were skilled, highly competent and respectful of our property. They identified problem areas and offered practical solutions. We are very satisfied with their work and their work ethic. The crew was reliable, timely and hard working.

I entered into a reconstruction contract with DiZebba & Sons, Inc. after my home was destroyed by fire. My original home was a waterfront 20 year old custom designed and built house which incorporated vaulted ceilings and large window areas. Dealing with fire investigators, insurance adjustors and the other emotional issues of the sudden loss made the choice of contractor vital to beginning the mending process. I could not have made a better choice. Gaeton DiZebba is clearly on top of his game. He knows how things should be done to create a sound structure and his knowledge of the various options in plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems and use of trim and other features available made the job of sorting through the options actually an adventure. My neighbors were amazed at the professionalism of the workforce and jobsite maintenance as they had to live through the disruption. I am pleased, even over a year after move in, to highly recommend DiZebba & Sons, Inc. and I thank them for a job very well done.

My exposure to DiZebba and Son's Construction spans thirty years. I had seen their quality work at Shores of Calvert in Calvert County and a project near Bryans Town in Laplata Maryland in the early seventies. I contracted them to build a six thousand square foot custom home in Huntington Woods off Rt. #450 between Annapolis and Crofton Maryland. In all honesty they built a show piece for that high end neighborhood. I was particularly fond of the quality and design of the brickwork especially on the creative Georgian/Colonial chimneys. The custom masonry with oversized brick and hand built moldings through out the three story colonial I considered perfect. The attention to detail was far greater than in my first three houses and I was very proud of the craftsmanship that this family run building business afforded me. I remained in that house for sixteen years and was just as proud when I sold it as when DiZebba Construction built the home. I have recommend DiZebba Construction to others and they have built fine custom homes for some of my friends including James R. Deckman, and Dr. Joseph Passaro.
