David Hester and his crew did a great job on our home renovation. The project started when we discovered mysterious water damage to our 5-year old wood floor. After quite an exploratory process to figure out the source and extent of our problem, we ended up redesigning and remodeling both of our bathrooms, changing our kitchen floor and replacing sections of the wood floor. David was reliable, responsive and knowledgeable. We met a tight deadline and ended up with a finished product we love. He kept a clean worksite, was open to my many questions, and made it right when there was a small mishap during the job, and when resolving final punch out items. He was open to suggestions and changes and his competence eased the stress of having our home turned into a construction site for 7 weeks. We got bids from three contractors and he wasn’t the lowest but well worth the cost for the quality we received.

I was one of the unfortunates with broken cast iron pipes, under my mid century house. I hired David Hester, and I didn't have to worry about anything!, from the moment of the interview. They did everything, timely, precisely, neatly. They came when they said they would, the time frame promised delivered. It was a big undertaking with many tasks, including camera work down the pipes, breaking through my tiles, and foundation, making the repairs, that even the city complimented. They processed the permits with the city. They filled in the holes, rebuilt the foundation, tiled the floors, leaving no mess after each day, and by the end of the job, you never saw any evidence of them ever being there, to perfection.
