For 30 years, D/R Services Unlimited, Inc., has been providing a wide range of home remodeling services, from changing a light bulb to building an addition and everything else in between. We provide our clients with the highest quality services on time, within budget, and with no surprises. Please note we have a six month lead time before we begin work. Throughout this time we will work together on the below list of items to ensure your satisfaction with the end result: - discuss scope of work and any potential problems we might encounter - take necessary measurements of the area - we will provide an estimated budget and feasibility study - prepare a proposal and get client approval - apply for permits as necessary and conduct a pre-construction meeting with the team - site preparation Upon completion of the work, we complete a final walk through with our clients to ensure everything has been completed to the proper specifications and check the quality of workmanship.

D/R is great to work with. The tradespeople doing the work are highly experienced, meticulous, and personable. The quality of their work is excellent. The administrative staff is friendly and helpful. There may be cheaper alternatives, but when it comes to your home, in the long run cheaper is not better. This is a company that exemplifies "you get what you pay for," and you will be very happy with the results.

D/R did an outstanding job on our basement remodel--we would highly recommend them! The guys were the consummate professionals who were always very respectful of our home--they rolled out a tarp each day and cleaned up the entry floor hallway each night before they left. Their craftsmanship was excellent and we are so happy with our new basement--thank you D/R Services!!

This is a wonderful company located in Glenview, Illinois. My favorite individuals are Ron, owner, Lance, Richard, Office Manager & chief organizer and scheduler, & Carl, master electrician & expert remodeler all with ideas, expertise and application. They tackle complex issues & tiny annoying issues with integrity, pride and a positive attitude. I have been in my home for over 30 years and have used many different contractors. This company is the best. This company demonstrates high standards for high quality workmanship including home design, build restore, repair. They work long hours to complete a project. They leave the property better than they found it and take pride in what they do. Their timeliness, effective communication & follow-through, and respectful and fair pricing all contribute to this company's being the best of the best. It is with honor that I write this review. I have used D/R's services several times for a variety of projects. The most significant project was helping us identify the cause of water leaks in our basement. We used a couple of other professionals to try and solve the problem to no avail, but at great cost. D/R never gave up and completely solved the problem. They have been responsive, extremely professional, and very enjoyable to work with throughout each of our projects. I would highly recommend them.

We have had several projects completed by D/R, including a kitchen remodel, a 2nd-floor bathroom remodel (which included raising the roof to accommodate the new footprint), converting an unused first floor bedroom to a laundry room, an addition to our house which included a master bedroom and bathroom, and a front porch remodel. We have continued to use D/R because of the consistently high quality of their work, and their craftsmanship. They are respectful of our home and our neighbors, and do an excellent job with daily cleanup. We have been very happy with our results and consistently recommend them to friends and family. You will not be sorry if you use them!

They are very professional, show up on time, clean up daily, and the managers are always available to answer questions or help with changes the customer decides to make mid- project!
