This contractor is the only you should consider for your VA Project or any personal project. Not only do they personally take care of the needs of the veteran but they actually care! They installed frameless shower door less than a week after visit and made all my toilets handicap compliant with the best quality possible. I am forever grateful they were able to complete the grant process with me and appreciate their hard work!

Angel Alcantara (project manager) and his crew exceeded our expectations for the work that was done at our house. We did a previous project with Brooks Construction Group in 2018 and were so pleased with the quality of work they provided; we hired them again for our most recent project. The work crews that came out were very courteous and cleaned up at the end of each workday. I highly recommend Brooks Construction Group, LLC for all your construction needs.

Brooks Construction did a great job with remodeling all of the bathrooms in my house as well as a lot of painting. Luke is a very friendly, professional and attentive project manager who effectively communicated with me through all the steps of the project. Any questions or concerns of mine were always addressed and resolved in a timely manner. They do an excellent and professional job and made sure that I was happy with the results!

Our experience with Brooks Construction and Roofing was good regarding the interior work. Angel and Alex were professional and helpful. The interior painting and staining were good. However, we do have two critiques with the interior work. Just this week, we had to have an air conditioning repairman in to see why the upstairs was not cooling. He removed the filter and was shocked to see that it was completely coated in paint. He said that it was totally blocked. I had been told by Angel that all of the filters were replaced. This obviously is not true, unless they were replaced before the painting was completed?? I also replaced the downstairs filters. The larger one off of the kitchen had been replaced by overlapping 2 smaller filters, taping them together and around the opening. This was also coated with paint. Totally unacceptable. Obviously, we had to pay the AC repairman to discover these mistakes. The second issue was with the lack of protection for our furniture during the sanding and painting procedure. Our leather couches were not covered until they were already covered in dust. Our breakfast room fabric chairs were not covered adequately ever. Not being able to move from room to room prohibited us from being aware of this until it was too late. Our most disappointing review is with the exterior stucco. The original quote included repairing 4 cracks in the stucco walls. We were never told that there were options on how they could be repaired, and that there were varying results with these options. We assumed that including crack repairs in the scope of the project would mean that they would be repaired correctly. They were not. When the exterior was painted, the filled crack lines were obvious on the stucco walls. We were then told that in order for the them to not show, they would have to resurface the panels where the cracks were. To our surprise, we were given a quote for this “change order” to fix what was not done correctly the first time. We feel that we were not only misled, but duped into having to pay this $3000 “extra” repair. All in all, Angel was wonderful to work with. However, he should have confirmed that the AC filters had indeed been correctly replaced after the painting was completed, and checked to ensure furniture was being protected. We are assuming that the stucco issue was out of his control; however, someone at Brooks needs to know that they were not above board on our stucco repairs.

The folks at BCG have never let us down! They are professional, knowledgeable and dependable. They continue to be an amazing resource to our clients and have been excellent business partners.

Brooks Construction Group has done several projects on our campus with the latest being complete restroom renovations for our Preschool. The project manager, Angel, was great to work with. He kept me informed, reached out when questions or issues arose, was timely in following up on items I requested, and always let me know when he and/or the crew would be on campus. The finished product is a major improvement. Brooks Construction Group did a great job!

We are so happy with the work we had done by the BCG team. Our bathroom was leaking into our hallway, and we had plans to just fix that. However, about a month before work was scheduled to begin, our roof started leaking as well. We decided to do both at the same time, and even added on some additional interior painting as well. Trey was so great as sending revised estimates, answering any questions, and always being available. Luke helped oversee all of the work, and made sure we were involved in every decision. Stephanie is so patient, and is helping us navigate the insurance claim process, as we've never dealt with any claims before. I have already recommended them to many friends and colleagues, and are excited to do our kitchen and master bathroom next. Can't recommend them enough!

We are so lucky to have come across Brooks Construction when we ended up with a massive insurance claim due to a faulty water heater! Trey, Angel and the rest of the brooks team were so knowledgeable, kind, and very detailed when it came to their work. They kept us informed throughout the whole process, finished in a timely manner, and consistently went above and beyond in their work. You really would have thought they were working on their personal homes with the level of thought they put into each and every part of our home. Their communication really stood out to me as it's so tough to find a construction crew who is willing to keep you in the loop on each and every aspect, that was no issue here!
